For Chengdu East Railway Station or Chengdu South Railway Station pickup, please provide your train number, arrival time, passenger name, and reachable contact details. The exact meeting point will be confirmed before service. Railway station pickups also include complimentary name-sign service. For hotel, accommodation, or city pickups, please wait at the hotel lobby, main entrance, or confirmed pickup point at the scheduled pickup time. All booked transfers include up to 90 minutes of free waiting time. Additional waiting beyond the free period may require an extra waiting charge. For pickups scheduled between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, an additional CNY 30 late-night service fee applies per vehicle unless already included in the selected option. Please keep your phone or WhatsApp reachable on the service day. Incorrect or incomplete flight, train, hotel, or contact information may affect the pickup arrangement. Pickup or drop-off locations may be adjusted when stopping or parking is restricted by airport, railway station, hotel, traffic, or local regulations.
