Tour operator doing more than expected!!

Excellent communication days before start of the service. We arrived to Chengdu Shuangliu Airport and the Airlines lost our luggage and driver had to wait. Luckily the missing luggage arrived on another flight the Airline operated to Chengdu. Driver had to wait for another hour. The driver appeared a little annoyed but he was not rude and by the time we arrived at hotel he appeared to be okay. Another thing I like to mention about the travel operator. We had an issue with power banks while transferring flights in Beijing. The Beijing airport security said if I knew someone in China, they can ship the power banks there instead of confiscating them. The tour operator was willing to assist me with this situation. The tour operator said she will help me ship the power banks to my final destination in China. I will see if she keeps her promise. So far, I am very pleased with this tour operator and their service.
