It was very interesting, rather easy walk and a bit educational excursion in the lower part of Etna. The guide, Leonardo, explained everything to us in English and also in Italian. He was very friendly and amusing. The excursion was a quite afternoon programme not much physically demanding. I would recommend it.

To cloudy to view the sunset; however, it was a incredible experience to walk and observe this amazing volcano. We experienced heavy rain, dime sized hail, but an amazing view after the rain subsided. Dario was great, and very knowledgeable about the volcano, the landscape, the vegatation, and the cave. He was pleasant, personable, and respectful. Thank you Dario!!!

The final sunset view on mount Etna was one of the most unique experiences ever. Our guide Iorga was great, very informative and passionate and left us with a surprise at the end. Would recommend to everyone!

We loved the tour with Maurizio, who was very punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the mountain and explained its geology, fauna, and cultural history so well, in both English and Italian. The hike was fun and not difficult, perfect for those of us who didn't come prepared for intense hiking. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit Etna

This was a very informative and interesting excursion. Me and my family participated in it and we found it very enjoyable. The guide was very knowlegable, and was a true fan of Etna and volcanoes in general, along with the stories about Etna, he also showed pictures and vides of himself visiting Etna during the most recent eruption. The walk through a lava cave was one of the highlights of the tour. Hike at the Etna was also planned out so that our paths wouldn't cross with the many other groups that were also there. Overall the tour was long enough to cover everything without rushing, and my boys (9 and 12) both enjoyed it very much. The communication with the organizers was effortless and simple. As soon as the order went through, we got in touch on whatsapp and discussed all the required details, including the arangement of the pickup point. The only problem we had was the missing air conditioning in the bus, and it was a very very hot day (+32C), that's why I can't give full 5 starts.
