Why Would I Book A One Way Transport ???

My experience was very shocking when i found out the day before my excursion that it wasn't a round trip transportation after asking on numerous different occasions "thats round trip right?" I had 32 ppl with me on a 1 way transport but Thank the Lord for Medellin Travels who made sure we got back to the resort safely.

Hi Sydney Your review should be directed to Viator and not us. Let me clarify that Grupo Tabu, Way Cool Tours and Medellin Travels are all brands owned by Medellin Travels. We never spoke on the phone prior to your date and the tour description as I explained to you was for a one way transfer however we did accomodate your last minute request and provided the return to your hotel in this case it came from my own pocket only because we care for our customers and to assist you during your vacation. I believe you're confused but we're not Viator but suppliers and it's not our fault if the agent offered you something that was not included.
