Driver never showed had to take an uber. This was a terrible experience i would not recommend to anyone. Why bother even booking when you can't rely on this company to show up. Last time using them.

Don’t know what happened

Arranged for round-trip transportation prior to leaving the country, intentionally booked a private sedan for arrival and a shuttle for day of departure. The young lady who was present to greet us communicated very well each step of the way (from landing to arriving at the vehicle). To our surprise we had a shuttle van and not a private car which paid an extra fee for ($35 vs $20). We weren’t pleased with swap and trade, however, the gentleman that drove us to our hotel was kind and conversational.

We do not understand your claim was received in a vehicle type SUV model 2024, comfortable spacious and comfortable, the service included the wait for more than an hour a person was communicating with you to be attentive to your departure and they took you without setback as you say to meet the vehicle that picked you up near the passenger exit for your comfort, the two people both the young woman who received it and the driver speak English for greater tranquility and safety of the passengers. , the service that is offered is clear that it is an SUV not a sedan and the cost is one of the cheapest in the city in terms of cost benefit

After coming through customs and arriving at the ground transportation area there was no one waiting with a sign, there was no one there at all to take my wife and I to our hotel. Called the provided number and go nowhere, so ended up just taking a taxi. Will definitely be requesting a refund. Not the way you want to begin vacation, but won’t let it ruin it either.

I ordered a premium experience for my airport transfer. A small Peugeot vehicle transported me. The only difference to the local cab was the color of the vehicle. Just didn’t get it!

In response to your opinion we inform you that the characteristics of the service are completely fulfilled because it offers a sedan vehicle for one to three people, including the cost if you analyze is very small compared to other exclusive transportation agencies, this includes waiting at the airport for two hours a person with a sign and your name are some added value to such low cost, if you needed a larger luxury vehicle the value is much more expensive. Our service provides security, which you do not have in local cabs, peace of mind if you forget something in the car, it is sure to be returned, the driver speaks English and is easier to communicate.

Did not show up

VIP Taxi did not show up. I booked and paid for the service to pick us up at the airport at 4:30pm. Immigration line took 1 hour. They said they would wait for up to 2 hours, but they did not. We took a yellow taxi instead. Much easier and cheaper. Do not waste your time with this company. They do not live up to their name at all.

The day you arrived we waited for you for more than three hours, and you did not show up, we tried to call you on the cell phone number, and you did not answer for this reason the driver left the place giving the information that you had not arrived, and unfortunately we apologize but you should have contacted us informing us of your delay, so we could wait for you, without any problem as we have always done with all our client.

Immigration and customs line was long in Cartagena and when I left airport - no car or driver. Want entire reservation cancelled and full refund.

Our plane landed at 8:30, so I scheduled for 10: 30 to make due we got off the plane, through customs, and got our bag in time. The driver got to the airport at 8:30 and waited until we were through customs, which took an hour. I appreciate him getting there early. Very good service.

Transfer for a taxi

Our airline moved us to a later flight traveling for my honeymoon. I paid for this so there would be no stress and everything set. My wife called to tell them one hr before our pickup time and was told too late. So had to pay for a taxi also.
