Travel between Cartagena's Rafael Núñez Airport and your hotel by reserving private transfers in advance. Your driver will pick you up at the airport and take you and your group directly to the door of your hotel in private service. We offer service to travelers who arrive at the Rafael Núñez airport and go to a hotel within the tourist area (Boca Grande, Laguito, Castillo Grande, Centro, Manga, Crespo, Morros) The rate DOES NOT INCLUDE: MANZANILLO or KARIBANA. You must pay an additional US$10 to the driver. The driver will be waiting at the exit of the national or international room with the name of the reservation holder on a sign.

No one was at the airport...

No one was at the airport to greet us, despite providing arrival time. The driver kept saying he was 8, then 5, then 7 minutes away. No one showed until 1 hour and 30 minutes later. This experience was very disappointing.

We had an internal problem in our reservation system, which caused the vehicle to delay arriving. We did everything possible to resolve it as quickly as possible. The vehicle arrived 15 minutes after you contacted us.
