The Trip organized by Gran Colombia tour offer included a bunch of surprises according to the offer on your website. Starting with the price: offer says USD335.00, if you update to a private tour only for 1 adult the price changes immediately to USD668.00🤔? This is a very peculiar practice, in Europe and the US this kind of offer will be treated as fraud and your website will be blocked by law immediately. Continuing with the original offer I booked: offer included soft beverages on the boat and also lunch. So I thought that justified the higher price per person. Great service and lunch was also mentioned in a high number of reviews. The booking was confirmed, excluding lunch, including soft drinks on the boat. Okay, I didn’t cancel the reservation because I already had invited my Colombian friends and I wanted to spend a wonderful day with them. But this treatment made me very unhappy. In addition there were no soft drinks aboard. Asking for a bottle of water, they couldn’t even offer it. Disappointing. For lunch Junior, the guide, took us to a place called Tequila on Barú. We ordered the food immediately after getting there at noon, after 3 hours and embarrassing discussions we got our food. Food was okay. Nature was great, transparency of booking and communication was miserable and I am very disappointed that I offered this badly treated service to my friends. As I can see you updated your offer according to food and drinks. Nevertheless your offer still remains at USD 335.00. I am pretty sure that this treatment will kill your business, because no client wants to be treated like me. My columbian friends apologized to me and assured me that this is not the way they want their guests were treated in their country. Thank you for listening to my comment and I hope you will change your profile immediately. I will never forget your bad treatment. Friends from Germany are coming on a cruise in December, passing by in Cartagena and I will recommend them to avoid booking with Gran Columbia Tours. Sigrid

The tour was well paced and enjoyable. The islands are beautiful even if the reef we were taken to was a bit dead. The tour guide was kind and knowledgeable about the area.

Fun in the sun and rain!

This was a nice tour to do with friends on a private boat. Nelson, Ariel, and Jesus took great care of all of us. Nelson helped us get some drinks before our tour and pointed out various things during the trip. The boat deck was freshly painted, and some got on sandals (nothing a little acetone can’t handle). Highly recommend when in Cartagena with friends or family. The boat also provided a cooler with ice, water, and some sodas. You can connect to the boat’s Bluetooth speakers to play music. The lunch provided was very good as well on Playa Blanca.

The highlight of our trip to Cartagena

This tour was amazing!! If you come to Cartagena and not book this tour you are missing out. First off, Nelson our host is amazing! He picked us up from our airbnb at 8am on the dot! He took us to a supermarket to buy our alcohol and then went to the dock were we took the boat. The boat was clean and modern, one the best boats there. The captain and cocaptain of the boat were great too. They let us play our own music with great speakers that made the trip even more amazing. We went snorkeling and stopped in several beaches. Lunch was included and it was amazing, they served us fish and accomodate us to our own likes. We never felt rushed or pushed to do something we didnt want. Trust us when we say it is the highlight of our trip. If we ever come back to Cartagena we will do this tour again and will request Nelson to be our host. Thank u for everything!

Le guide et le capitaine étaient très sympa mais nous avons été déçu par le manque de précision de l’après midi où il a fallu payer pour rester à une plage alors que l’on nous a demandé d’acheter notre repas avant.

100% recomendada esta excursión Tiberio fue un excelente guía junto con el capitán Antonio que supo no hacernos marear en el mar algo que nos preocupaba bastante. El tour fue completamente personalizado y adicional nos llevaron a lugares mágicos con Playa Coral donde no estaba repleto de turistas. Después fuimos a comer a un lugar espectacular por recomendación de Tiberio que fue 100/100 , adicional con costo adicional obvio nos ayudaron comprando snacks y bebidas para nosotros ya que nosotros no pudimos por falta de tiempo para tener en el bote durante el recorrido, fueron los mejores aliados para poder conocer las islas ❤️ los recomiendo a ojo cerrado!
