Manuel, our host, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We learned a lot about the process of coffee, how it's harvest and roasted., etc. If you want to learn about the flavor profiles, how to rate them, it is a great experience.

Really cool, could’ve been made better with a little cream and sugar

This was very cool. We learned a lot and had a really good time. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was the following- I know it’s sacrilegious to people who revolve their life around coffee to want cream and sugar, but I would’ve loved to taste the different coffees with cream and sugar because that’s how I typically like to drink it. So it would’ve been a cool option after we tried them black, to be able to add cream and sugar, and that was frowned upon.

OMG, this experience was one of the best excursions I have ever been on. The coffee presenter was sooo knowledgeable and receptive. He answered questions, he asked me questions. I was by myself but had a great time. Learned so much about coffee and the beautiful country. Please do this, you would not regret it.
