We had a great tour of Old City Cartagena! Our tour guide, Belkin was so well informed and helpful and friendly. I invited her to visit us in the US! She couldn’t have been more accommodating. Helped us with arranging further transportation for our trip and with translating. She provided us with an Excellent experience!

My guide was delightful....

My guide was delightful. Well informed, considerate, and warm. I enjoyed spending the afternoon with her. However, the tour turned out not to be what I expected. I would have preferred a tour that included the markets, the old wall and its history. Instead we walked the streets, visited each of the main plazas and looked at church facades. That was on me for not informing myself better. However, I asked for and was signed up for a group tour. Instead, only the guide showed up at the appointed time.. I was disappointed because I wanted a group tour to meet other travelers. So I was taken on an individual tour and charged at the individual tour price. When I inquired later I was told it was because no one else signed up for the group tour. I thought it would have been fair to charge me for the group tour I requested. The fact that they couldn't fill their group should have been on them rather than charged to me. I suppose I'm being petty, but it didn't feel right.

Normally our clients prefer our services to be small and not so large in order to have the confidence to ask the guide questions and topics of interest to them. Regarding the price, we cannot change it after the reservation, so it is impossible that we would have charged you more for being only 1 person. We hope you will come back to Colombia and next time we look forward to your questions so we can make an experience that completely adapts to your wishes.

Our tour guide, Inri was very good. The tour was supposed to include the gold museum which was left off, so we did not go there. If you are interested in history the walking tour is great.

A great way to get an overview of Cartagena, especially if you're not familiar with the city. The guide Martin was excellent. He was extremely informative and gave an excellent tour of the city. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to familiarize themselves with Cartagena as it is best to do so by foot.
