Excellent experience delving into a variety of Welsh food with a great background regarding the history and cultural implications of each food item. Ieuan Rhys not only was passionate about the food and the history of Cardiff, Wales, but he interacted personally with each tour member. Furthermore, he made the experience not only memorable but intimate with his willingness to share personal experiences and stories. He was genuinely interested in where each tour member was from and he asked many questions about where everyone was from in the world. I cannot recommend this walking food tour enough!
