Our guide, Nico, have is just the right amount of explanation. If we asked questions, he gave more details.
He brought drinks, alcoholic and non -- very refreshing! We were able to see the Blue Grotto after a short wait of about 15 minutes, but were told it can be much longer. Admission to the Blue Grotto is not included. It's only 15 euros apiece, but the rowboat men expect tips. We had two swimming opportunities. You could snorkel, but there isn't much to see, though the water is beautiful. We saw all the other grottos, the lighthouse, three ancient Roman forts and various rock formations. The trip took four hours. Warning: there is no bathroom. I'd recommend this trip! We had a great time! Remember to wear your bathing suit under your clothes.

Nico was fabulous. Took us to all the sites. The line was too long for blue grotto so we made the strategic decision to skip enjoy the rest of the sites. He came stocked with everything we needed. Snorkeling was fun along with him hooking up our phone via Bluetooth for music.

Our kids and their boyfriends (age 21 and 29) thought this was the top highlight on our cruise, where we visited Greece, Turkey and Caprii (so strong conpetition for this honour). We tend to agree (age 52 and 47). Thank you Nicco for being a fantastic tour guide.

Wonderful time with Nico! Capri is a gorgeous island full of many beautiful caves, which Nico did an amazing job navigating our boat into and sharing details/history about. We visited on a day the water was quite choppy and Nico did an amazing job moving around the waves to ease the experience for us.

Nico stopped at all the grottos listed in Itinerary and got close enough for photos
He also stopped at other grottos along the way like the seafarer, sailboat, and heart grottos
He offered us drinks and stopped for a swim
He was very conscientious of our needs and the ride was smooth despite the winds which made my husband less anxious
He is kind and soft spoken and we highly recommend his services
We were also fortunate enough to visit the Blue Grotto.
He is a native and is knowledgeable of the area and proper weather conditions for optimal touring

So our group of 4 enjoyed our day on the water. Our boat tour guide was very communicative and kept in touch and made sure we showed up at the correct spot and we were grateful. The area at the pier for Capri is a ZOO of shops/restaurants and all sorts of stories. Good food and things to do. So overall we enjoyed our tour and we had to skip the Blue Grotto cause when we got there we had a 2hr wait ahead of us. Unfortunately, only ONE rowboat can make it into the grotto and each boat carries only 4-5 people. so do the math and you realize that most of your day, if you are DETERMINED to see it will be just sitting there doing nothing waiting for your turn. We declined cause we were excited about the other Grottos. BRUTALLY HONEST TIME: the other grottos are WAY WAY overrated. not sure why people seem to be SO excited. all four of us were UNDERWHELMED by them and not very impressed. Got to be honest, woudl we do this tour again or recommend it? probably not....
We even decided, after going around Capri to cancel our land day the next day on Capri. There isnt that much to do or be excited. Not sure why people wet their pants all over Capri. We had several hotels and other tour guides and locals tell us the EXACT same thing that Capri was overrated but people seem to get so excited about it... oh welll
if you enjoy being on the water then take this tour. if you are excited about seeing the grottos then dont be

Nico was extremely knowledgeable about the islands history and made sure to stop at all the fun spots. When we come back, we will be booking a full day in Capri with Capri Precious. Thank you, Nico!!!

Amazing experience! Nico with Capri Precious was awesome. Nico texted with easy boarding instructions from the ferry port. The waters were a little rough the day we went out but he avoided the swells. Capri is beautiful and we had an amazing day.

Nico, of Capri Precious Boat tours provided my family and I with the best boat tour around the island. His boat was clean and comfortable. He was a knowledgeable tour guide about the history of the island. He was very thoughtful in choosing areas for us to swim. We could not have had a better experience. Perfect way to spend the day! We booked this half day tour on our own as our excursion while on a cruise. We booked our own round trip ferry (online, which saves time) from Naples to Capri. We booked the 08:35 ferry & spent a couple hours exploring the town of Capri. It is a short taxi ride from the port. We got in queue for a taxi back to the port & hopped on the boat with Nico. With his instruction & help by the teenage boys at the port, he was easy to find. Nico’s boat is beautiful & clean! Nico was very knowledgeable of the island, polite & allowed plenty of time at each spot for you to enjoy. He is flexible and lets you adjust to your interest. Capri is even more beautiful by sea & photos do not capture the true beauty. This was the best day of our cruise & we than Nico for that!

Nico was our guide and he did a great job. He is an excellent boat driver and got us into caves that we about the size of the boat. He was well-spoken and easy with which to communicate. He is young and is an entrepreneur so we were impressed by his initiative. The boat is nice, not too big and not too small. He drives slowly around the island so you can take in everything. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed it very much. Highly recommend!

Nico was very nice. Due to rough seas the tour was a bit shorter than advertised. I appreciated that Nice was willing to take photos and answer our questions about what living on Capri is like. I would definitely recommend Nico and would love to do this again on a calmer and warmer day. Great experience!

We had a great boat trip with Nico. The boat was very nice and well maintained and had great mix of areas of shade and areas for lounging in the sun. We went to all the highlighted places except for blue grotto which had huge line - we decided to skip the 2 hour line.
Boat has Bluetooth so we were able to play music and we had plenty of time to spend swimming in the water as well. Also had a cooler with ice for food and drinks. 4 hours is more than enough time, especially if you decide to skip the blue grotto
