Horrible Scammer

SCAM! First it took two days to get a response. Then she never showed up at meeting place and never responded til I called them a few times. Finally answered phone and said she would be right there..we wasted two hours waiting on her. finally came another hour later on foot with no car. Did not even have a car. Tried to put us in a taxi and send us to some high end shopping. Ummmm I could do that all on my own. Argued with us and I told her to just refund our money. She tried to tell me all kinds of nonsense til I told her I was calling Viator. She left and then she called us and told us she would refund us. I think she was scared we would call and turn her in.
