Comfortable boat ride. Great views of formations on Capri. White Grotto with Madonna was a surprise. Water colors in the grottos didn't dissapoint.

To even find the company name. The address didn’t match the location it says 70 but it was 69 address. Horrible! I asked someone right in front of their business who works for them and they sent me elsewhere. Lastly, I was in line and someone who was leading a tour risky cut me in line to have member of their tour pay but didn’t even apologize for cutting me in line. She may have known the business or worked with the business, that’s extremely unprofessional and rude. I would not come here just for the difficulty of locating the ticket area

The easiest thing they do is calling us or texting us on WhatsApp and we give them all the information and details to make them easily on board!

Not great, titled Grotto Azzurra at the stand but you barely even see it it just passes you by and then they advise you have to get a bus and then queue for 2 hours. Bit false advertising in my opinion

Instead just because we cannot schedule how many time will take the line at the blue grotto here we use to sell just the one hrtoru island experience …. But like everyone asked we will give all the info and allow the ppl board on the one that will stop at the blues grotto without any other charge!
So please be honest and don’t talk nonsense offending our passions and professionalism

If I could give this a review 0 stars I would. First they give you options to get picked up from. Mind you how many of us are from Italy?? A lot of these locations share the same name of other cities in Italy. No refund given. Do not book!

Honestly …. I really can’t understand what this guy is complaining and to be honest no one under his name was booked on our boats !!!

Our ferry from sorrento to capri was late but Roberto told us we could come any time of the day for the other tours and at the same time he gave us ideas to fill our day and restaurant recommendations.
By the time we decided to go for the tour a thunderstorm let loose on the entire island, and I was ready to call it quits, we sheltered in a restaurant, and debated on whether we should just leave the island, but I’m so glad we didn’t!
You definitely don’t want to miss this and if your only doing a day in capri this hour tour is perfect and the sites are spectacular, our guide was comical, and it felt like we were the only boat out there after the rain cleared! When Roberto told us the rain would clear in 15 min we really had our doubts, but it certainly did and we are so glad we stayed! Sailors know the weather!

This tour was probably the best value I had when I visited the Amalfi Coast. You got to see the entire Island and all of the different grottos. unfortunate part was that the high tide did not let you go into the Blue grotto grotto but no fault of the staff.

Seeing Capri from the water and able to see the white and green grottoes up close. Going through the arch was also really beautiful. It would have been better if the guide spoke English. 99.9% in Spanish!

Just when we have a private Spanish large group we use to set a Spanish Guide and maybe you was on one of those tour!
The most important thing was that you enjoyed the ride Seeing Capri from the water and able to see the white and green grottoes up close and going through the arch was also really beautiful.

The island was beautiful and the trip was fun. It was disappointing that we did not leave the harbor at the advertised time of departure, we sat on the boat in the baking sunshine for 40 minutes.

Had to book a same day trip. Everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong, from getting on the wrong train, to terrible weather conditions, to getting lost. When we started running behind i contacted the company. On the site it states they have 24/7 customer service. They do not, no one from the company responded back to me. I requested a refund and 2 days after I was denied. If your a tourist do not recommend this company.

Mrs Brittany maybe had the worst day of her holiday.....as she wrote ...everything went wrong:
She was on WRONG train that took her where the weather was terrible...
She was lost
She wasn't able to reach Capri where the weather was sunny and beautiful....
We reserved the places on the boat for her and just few minutes before the departure she contacted us on Viator asking a refund ....but unfortunately we couldn't allowed it considering we missed other passengers...plus we offered her, in case one day she will be able to visit Capri.... a boat tour ride for free!
After all this bad events on her side, She thought it was right to review us with a single star instead of her bad day which obviously does not depend on us.....

Beautiful landscape, loved to sail across the famous arch rock (a kiss is mandatory!). Water color in front of Blue Grotto is astonishing. Trip length was expected. Just a round tour in the island. Guide was nice but spoke way fast in all four languages. For those who are looking for a cost-benefit tour, that’s your choice.
