It’s not a guided trip.
My friends and I waited in capri port, no one arrived to meet us at the stop. Another tour guide suggested we get on a bus which wasn’t guided.
By the time we got some help in ana capri and spoke to someone on the phone she said she’d sent us a message (not received) and it wasn’t guided (not very clear)
Basically paid €43 each to get a bus whereas other buses had guides. Cheaper on local bus.
Loved capri though
We had fun time exploring island, initially thought this was a guided tour but later made clear it was a hop on hop off. Still had fun time looking, shopping and eating. Beautiful spots to take selfies.

Giovanna contacted us the day before our tour and made sure we had our ferry tickets and all other questions answered. We took a ferry from Naples to Capri and she made sure our whole day was seamless and helped us feel very taken care of.
Since we came from Naples on the ferry, it was a lot of travel required and did not get to spend as much time on the island as we hoped. The chairlift in Anicapri was fantastic! Highly recommend it!
They cancelled my tour one hour before it was to start. and left me without a tour for the day

Dont do it was a complete waste of money and i am trying to get a large refund. So far failing. No guide, no seat on bus, no instructions, complete disaster

Dear Mr. Ian, I have all the conversations with you where you confirm that you used our service with pleasure, you met our assistant Giuseppe at the bar while he was having coffee and taking it to Anacapri where he gave her all the information and took care of her. Travelling with the hope of having refound is not correct
Our tour guide Giovanna was amazing. We were transported by bus to locations on the island of Capri . Our guide shared interesting facts and suggestions of what to do while visiting.
Tour guides were very positive and helpful in a very crowded location. Thought there might be a bit more included in the tour explanation, but understand due to the busyness.. Would recommend!
My trip was cancelled. Please refund my money. There was no bus for us in Capri. We had to pay another operator. We wasted an hour this morning trying to find our bus tour in Capri.
This tour surprised us in a good way. Guiseppi was a fantastic tour guide, and the chair lift was magnificent. The bus ride to Anacapri was fun and also had extraordinary views.
Great way to get around the island inland (Anacapri and Capri) and coastal boat tour when you have limited time as all transfers organised for you with free time given at the destination to explore yourself. Giovanna is wonderful on communications, even gave my partner nausea medication so our day wasnt ruined in Capri!

It's extremely hot. We were left to explore ourselves mostly. More time is needed in Capri. No beaches explored. All you do is shop & eat. Limoncello is the best.

Giovanna was so helpful! WhatsApp the day before, and in the morning for meeting at Naples port. Even got a free ticket to the chair life in Anacapri. Essentially, this is just a shuttle service around the island, but it also means one less thing to think about. It’s not a timed thing as such, basically the shuttle buses leave each place every 15mins so you can control how much time you spend around the island.
We enjoyed our experience with this tour, especially for being our first time on Capri…. the tour guide was especially helpful assuring we knew where and when each pickup was, and also very informative and entertaining. The bus was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the added benefits skipping long line up chair lift. and The boat tour was excpetional.
Guide Dominick was personable, informative and charming to us and other tourist. He even personally walked me to the Augustus gardens and then hurried back to get other tourist situated on a boat tour. Bery nice guide! The only problem were the number of tourist on Capri that Tuesday. As a result, our bus was late and we lost time for some sightseeing. Dominick said that the cruise ships in Port in Naples that day led to mobs of people on the island. Other visitors need to find out if cruise ships are in Naples when planning.

Very bad organized .. as per instructions from voucher I expected to find the tour guide and to take care of us .. instead as per instructions from whatsup I should got to Blue busses and ask for the tour operator name in a very crowded people and someone took us but I don't know if it was the real operator,
I think the best solution is to just get directly the blue bus without tour and is cheaper.
The trip to Capri was awesome!! Top of the mountain above the clouds on the chair lift is a must do. The tour Brothers were great felt very well taken care of. Must do if you are in Capri less stress (with transportation around island) and so much more to see with the tour. Very crowded at the docks, the system to get off boats is antiquated.
This was perhaps the best tour I've ever had. Giuseppe has a wealth of knowledge of the island and also made it a fun tour. He allowed plenty of time for us to explore on our own. We covered so much in the five hours, and it was such a memorable experience.
I thought I had booked a guided tour, but there was no guided tour!
A multilingual guide welcomed us to take us to the chairlift and sell us tickets, then said goodbye!
