Last minute cancellation with very poor customer service

I was messaged via WhatsApp the evening before my experience to say that the boat was not going to be available and offering an alternative day. I had already booked very expensive ferry tickets to Capri for the day of my experience and was not available on the alternative day offered as I had booked another trip. All I was told was that I would get a refund. No effort was made to help me to find an alternative trip and there was barely even an apology for the last minute cancellation. I ended up spending more money on a last-minute booking . So I can't recommend this either as an experience or in terms of the customer service that I received. I contacted Viator customer service via their WhatsApp line and didn't even get a response - just received an email to say that my refund would be processed. I recommend going with a provider that actually cares about your experience.

I give 5 stars for Costanzo only, when we arrived to the boat, the boat was not what we paid for, it did not have a bathroom and was not “Luxury ”. Costanzo went over and beyond to find us a boat like we paid for and by CHANCE someone cancelled, because otherwise we would not have had what we paid for. I spoke to the tour operator and he was telling me I had not paid for a bathroom, by chance I had taken a picture of what I paid and I had proof. Book a tour with Camillo from trip advisor instead, he is awesome, knows everyone and will give you tips on where to go. Also, he is a great storyteller.

Beautiful Views

This boat tour was at the top of my bucket list and it far exceeded my expectations. Words cannot even describe how beautiful it was on the water. The water is clear when shallow and a deep blue when deep. The rocks and cliffs are spectacular. I was sea sick almost the entire time unfortunately, but our host Vittorio was very sweet and made me feel comfortable and helped me to feel better. Even though I was sick, I did not want to get off the boat. It was that beautiful. Vittoria stopped the boat a couple of times and gave us time to swim in the clear waters. I cut myself on a sharp rock, but Vittorio had a first aid kit and helped my cuts. Amazing Tour.
