Cancellation due to wind No feedback no money back

Please note that we don't have control over the refund process. You can request a refund directly from Viator, the site that you made your booking from. Please would you review your rating that you gave us for we can neither control the weather nor your experience with the site that you booked on. If you let me know your booking reference number was I can assist you further. I believe we were in contact with you on WhatsApp before the flight. Why did you not reach out to us over WhatsApp?

Our flying guides/partners were the best! We felt very safe and had so much fun. We had an easy take off and a smooth landing. We were even given the chance to steer if we wanted. The time in the air was quite long and there were stunning views. Highly recommend!

Great communication from this team. They care about safety and will constantly be in contact with you in case of any changes. The flight is beautiful. You almost want to do it again after the first one just to take it in! It feels like it ends so quickly.

This is a must do experience!! Conquer your fears if you have them! I am so glad I did. I was terrified on the way up the mountain and was trying to talk myself out of it. I am so glad I didn’t. I felt so safe with Herman. Such a beautiful and freeing experience. I always wanted to fly like a bird and this was it. My only regret is I didn’t do this my first day in Cape Town. I literally would have done it each and every day!!!

Definitely something to put on the to-do list for Cape Town. The pilots are thorough and experienced — we felt comfortable the whole flight down the mountain and over the buildings of Sea Point. We would do it again for sure and recommend it to others.

Its fun and eazy for everybody. Good organized. My flight lasted only 3 min. The weather and wind conditions were excellent on Monday 3rd of March 2025, but my pilot Francois Miog landet me very very quicly ....... I have done the same thing in Peru (Lima) and the pilot kept me up for 25min !!!! That for I was a little dissapointed.
