Overview

Went for a jump with Kayhan. Initially the jump was postponed for safety reasons, but then we moved to the Lion's Head and jumped from there. Amazing. 11/10 recommend and will repeat.

Amazing experience ever🪂lifetime memories and super worth it to try and if I can visit again in Capetown I will do it again. Amazing team, they are all accommodating when you arrive in meeting point and even to inform us to come early because of the weather condition/strong wind that might cancel the fly and almost it happened but luckily they decided to go when it's safe and continue and also my flight instructor Deniz he is so amazing, professional, friendly, funny, cool and makes me feel safe during the fly almost 20 minutes I think. Safely take off and landing👏👏👏

We had a good time. We started relatively on time, and everyone was nice. The instructors did a good job at explaining the process, and gave us the option to purchase the pictures and videos of the flight for a fair price. It all went fast but it was enjoyable. After we landed, they gave us the option to go back to the meeting place or stay where we landed, which was in the main street area of Sea Point. Overall, my friend and I would recommend this experience.

I am still waiting for my refund and Viator is making it a nightmare to get. As it is a weather dependent event, the cancellation process should be smoother when weather conditions are not favorable.

Got uber taxi from waterfront , allow at least 30mins. A bit chaotic at the top of signal hill , but the instructions made it fairly easy . Ria was my instructor , a good guy who made it all so easy and smooth . Fabulous views !

Our greeter, Blessing, was very friendly and helpful. The pilot helped me take great pictures of the gliding. Gliding was a great time, didn't want it to end! What a way to get a view of Cape Town.

I glided with Hans, and he did an excellent job both preparing me for my first experience and guiding me through it. I expected it to be be scary, but somehow Hans managed to keep me calm! If you want to see Cape Town from a completely new perspective, this is it!

Such an exhilarating experience and awesome view. Would have liked it to be longer than 6 minutes. They say it can go as long as 25 minutes???? I did feel safe though.

For a 14 year old girl. It was really bad. I think the instructor was in a hurry and then they fell. After she didn't want to do it again. I think you can give me a refund.

I am sorry to hear that. We try our best to give the best experience to everyone. This is an outdoor activity and we very much weather dependent. Take off conditions are challenging time to time.
I will contact Viator for refund. I hope she can find the courage to try paragliding one day.

I arrived with my niece exactly at 9am. By 9:29am the experience was over. Kane was fab, kind & fun but his dad- the owner not so much. Nobody explained why our flight/experience was so short. The shocker was when we landed and had photos transferred to our phones (my niece was right behind me & landed just after I landed) the photos got transferred & then they asked for R400 per person
Which I found absolutely absurd. I agreed to R300 per person because my niece absolutely wanted to naturally capture this moment as we couldn’t use our own cameras (mind you, she was prepared to use her own). I was appalled at the approach of getting us to buy the pictures because they transferred them into our phones with no selection or *consent to purchase* and then we had “no choice” but to buy as the pictures were already in our phones. The cherry on the top was when we realised that it was 9:29am when we started walking off after having taken off just after 9am. Great experience but will not be using these guys again. I Didn’t like the manner approach & mind you this experience lasted for less than 15minutes if not less. If* weather is an issue for flying it should be disclosed up front to managed expectations*. I should also be given an option to select the photos I want before I’m coerced to buy them.

Unfortunately we don't allow anyone using their own cameras or mobile phones to take pictures or videos during the flight. That is for safety reasons. We use gopro to take in-flight media with a safety cord attached. We don't force anyone to buy them. It is your choice to buy or not. It seems to me you wanted to get the photos but they were out of your budget. Flying time is all dependent on weather conditions. Signal hill is only 350 meters and we try to stay in the air as long as conditions allow us.

I must commend you guys and your team for making my first ever paragliding experience truly unforgettable. The views were spectacular and you had amazing customer service. You have wonderful pilots that improved the overall experience. The footage was easily obtainable and quickly transferred. Even though the flight was short, because of unpredictable wind conditions I can say with absolute certainty that I would do it again and encourage anyone to also experience something truly unforgettable...

Awesome experience I like the fact that all the instructors were eager to get you to fly. I do agree with most of the reviewers that went by really fast you blinked twice it was over but overall a really good experience my instructor made it extremely fun and I really appreciate it. We literally had 10 minutes before the weather changed and all the instructors was so eager for you to fly because of that and I would never forget the experience and I would never forget how awesome all the instructors were to make sure you got your flight in before the weather changed

This was so much fun!! Kayhan (the owner) was my pilot and he was so friendly, generous, and funny. Incredible views of table mountain and lions head, the city, and the sea. We did spins over the water! No better way to start a morning in cape town. I would go again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. Two of us did it and had Kai and Heinrich as our guides, both of whom were very professional and knowledgeable.
Great views over cape Town as we took off.
Only thing I would say is be prepared to be flexible with times as there can be delays due to weather etc

Slow start but great ride with amazing views and the professional was great and the photos and videos were good just one video came out too dark like the wrong setting was used or something.
