This was such a fabulous experience and one I would recommend to everyone. The pilots immediately put you at ease whilst fitting your harness and are very calm as well as assured. Once you take off, everything remains calm as you glide over Seapoint and see the fabulous views of Lions Head, Signal Hill and Table Mountain. How long you stay up, depends on the winds, but you will want to stay in the sky as long as possible. The landing, again, assured and well controlled, almost effortless, which shows the skill of the pilots, who have May years of experience. Nothing to be scared of and a total rush. If you get a chance to do this, don’t hesitate to say yes - otherwise you will regret it!

The company is efficient and the paraglider I worked with was nice enough. I felt like I didn’t get enough pictures but probably because I was trying to ask questions while paragliding. Let your guide know if you want a lot of pictures ahead of time. Also felt bad for the pilot lady who was introducing us on the tour, she was the only woman and I didn’t feel the men who were paragliders were respectful to her.

This was so fun!!! My tandem guide Rue was excellent. He made me feel so comfortable and safe (it was my first time doing this). Even when other guides had already taken off, he waited until the wind was perfect for the safest take off and flight. Would 100% recommend and would definitely do this again!

Fantastic experience! Communication with Morgan was excellent in organising our flight around weather conditions. Information from the pilots, Ru and John when you arrive is also excellent. Safety is a top priority and the pilots don't rush your flight until they are happy with the conditions....para waiting as they called it. Flight itself is amazing, you even get to fly the glider!! Take off and landing so smooth due to the experienced pilots. We loved it and highly recommend this experience.

I had the absolute time of my life! Due to the wind, this was rescheduled to a couple days later. The team at Hi5 was so warm and communicative, and helped to get me a new day and time. When I arrived there, I was helped to fill out the forms and Brett talked me through the whole process. I felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time, and that allowed me to relax and just have fun! I am so grateful to Brett and the entire Hi5 team for an experience I will never forget.
