Plan on 14 hours by the time you get picked up and dropped off and to have to pay extra fees that are higher than what’s listed. “Lunch” for us was at 4:30pm at a restaurant/shop as the itinerary is allowed to be adjusted at their discretion (we had 3 different tours on our bus that all had a similar stop or two so spent more time driving around or waiting than at the actual activities (20-30 minutes at each). Don’t get me wrong, the guides were kind but it wasn’t what anyone in our group expected. On the plus side at “lunch” there was an added mini Mayan ceremony that was cool to see and the food was good.
Our tour order: cenote (still under construction), the Mother Nature sculpture, tulum beach, ruins, “lunch”, shopping at playa del Carmen (at 7:30pm), hotel drop off at 9pm

Hello Keisha, we're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. Tour durations, the order of visits, and stops can vary due to logistical and operational factors, especially when combining groups or activities, but we understand how this may have affected your experience.
We appreciate your kind words about the guides and are glad you enjoyed aspects like the Mayan ceremony and the food. Your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve communication and the overall tour experience.
Thank you for your feedback.

I booked the “all inclusive “ package which was truly not all inclusive . We had to pay for a drink package and fees for admission. $25 in American money . I booked the pick up to be from my hotel at 7am ,yet the day before I was told I had to go to the Super Aki. Well it went from 7am to 10am. The guys were nice yet it was still an inconvenience. Cenote was interesting . The Ruins was extremely hot. Plus you are unable to take plastic water bottles inside . The tour guide should have provided canned water for the excursion . I almost felt like I was going to pass out . The Shaman experience was beautiful and the food was superb. Yet I wish the tour guide would make it clear in English the highlighted opportunities to get my Mayan calendar $35 US dollars . Chocolate and Memo were super kind and attentive to my needs and my friend as well providing umbrellas to beat the heat . Memo stayed behind with us so we wouldn’t get separated from the group . Please don’t mistake the Mayan Ruins with Chictza Iza . Overall it was a good experience not for $110 I’ve been on excursions for less .

There is also an additional charge of $27 per person, I don’t know what the charge is! And this fee is not shown before ordering!

My husband and I had an amazing time ! Ezequiel and his partner were extremely great at directing us and guiding us through every single place we went to . I definitely recommend doing this activity, just be prepared to walk a lot and to see MOTHER NATURE 😍 . My husband favorite activity was Cenote , you swim in what looks like a cave , my favorite activity was the Tulum mayas & the beautiful beach at el Paraíso if I’m not mistaken the name is . Enjoy y’all !

The tour bus came 90 min late
Than after 45 min of driving we were told that sculpture park is closed and we will be going to a different tour?

First off I only speak and understand English. This company offers this tour in both English & Spanish on their Viator profile. And of course I selected English when booking this tour. However, when the guide showed up he stated he only spoke Spanish. I expressed to him that that was going to be a problem because my mom and I didn’t. He assured us that it was going to be ok, he could speak a little bit of English and that we would still have a good tour.
So my mom I got on the tour bus. Which brings me to the next issue. The tour bus is an extremely small, cramped 19 passenger van with very little leg room. The guide and his son took up 2 seats and we proceeded to pick up 14 other people all of who of course only spoke Spanish. So now it’s 18 of us not including the driver all crammed into this van for the duration of this tour which lasted about 10 hours going from place to place. It was very uncomfortable.
This tour company was very deceptive. They’re promoting a service that they obviously can’t provide to their customers that don’t speak/understand Spanish. My mom and I spent the whole tour trying to understand what was being said and what information was being given to the other 14 people that we weren’t privy to. It ruined the whole experience.
The places we were taken to were cool however it was all over shadowed by the language barrier and just being uncomfortable.
If you don’t understand Spanish this isn’t the tour you.

Not the best tour company. They mostly accommodate Spanish speakers even though it does say the tour is in English.
The tour bus is very small compared to other companies in Cancun and cramped. We spent $11 per person just for water/sodas. There were stops that were basically just you spending money on souvenirs, not even a decent shopping area.
I chose this tour to learn about the Tulum ruins, but got a five minute shpeel in English. We did not stop at Playa Paraiso beach due to the seaweed which was understandable but this was not replaced by any other sight seeing event. So all in all, a below average rating for me. Nothing about the trip was memorable, the food was subpar.

First, let me start by saying our guide (Saul) was a rock star. He went out of his way to show everyone a great time. This involved taking pictures, answering questions, and much more. This also rings true for the driver Roberto, and the assistant, Jessica. All first class people and professionals.
The transportation was right on time. In fact, a few minutes early. The van was clean, spacious, and offered all the modern amenities you'd expect.
Overall the trip lasted 14hrs, with lots to see and experience. It went by fast with great food, clean restrooms at every major stop and a good mix of guided time and time to venture with family or friends.
Well worth it!

Everything in this tour was terrible. Our tour guide/driver Roberto was 17mins late from the set pick up time 7am. Private tour turned group tour - we weren’t informed of the change. After settling in the Van we were told to take the backseats and the AC wasn’t working well. We complained about this 15mins en route to our 1st stop, we’re told a Van switch will occur in Tullum which didn’t happen. Roberto sets time to meet up after the tour - he showed up after 20mins. Our 2nd stop Mother Nature, he told us to meet him after. We waited for 10mins only to find out he was sleeping in the Van. We’ve asked for lunchtime he doesn’t know “maybe 2pm, maybe 4pm” I have to ask him to take us somewhere we can grab a snack bcoz I have a diabetic person in the group. Ate lunch past 2pm. The Cenote in the package was not the Cenote we went to. En route to our last stop shopping and sightseeing at Playa del Carmen, the humidity in the Van was unbearable, that he finally called for Van switch. We weren’t able to do the last tour instead we were taken back to hotel. I would NOT recommend this package - it was a ripoff for us. Only Tullum and Mother Nature in the package was part of the tour and the rest was false ad - Cenote and Shopping part. Very disappointing for the cost of the package!

This experience will forever be memorable. Our tour guides Jorge and Lopez were very informative. They took great care of us. We went to all the spots mentioned and were able to take amazing photos. Lunch was great. The most memorable part was visiting the cenote and jumping off the cliff into the cool water. This is a memory my son and I will take for the rest of our lives. According to my son all the places we visited will be memorable to him. Getting to take a picture with
“La Madre Naturaleza” or “Mother Nature” was fun. We were in a time limit so we didn’t get to walk around and take more pictures. Around 4pm we had lunch. It was good. After lunch, we met with the shaaman, or what I’d call. Shaa”woman”and she blessed us all. My son and I took in a lot of information about the culture. We enjoyed learning about the Mayan culture and getting to immerse ourselves in it.
This is a full day trip. I recommend bringing water and having plenty of snacks especially if you are bringing children. Bring bug spray when visiting the Mayan ruins in Tulum and a hat to help against the hot sun.

Still awaiting on my refund. Poor customer service. I had to take taxi from Tulum
Back to Cancun bus with NO AC. $128 later. Do not book. Tour booked for English was only in Spanish.

We had a blast, our tour guide Martin was very knowledgeable and entertaining, our driver Manolo was very attentive. The trip included a lot of stops and we were able to see ruins, do some hiking, had a wonderful cultural experience at lunch with a shaman who blessed us as a family. The food was delicious. We’ll be talking about this trip for years.

This was a day trip I was excited to do with a couple of friends. Reading the description, it looked like a great way to explore Tulum, especially for someone who has never been there before (I typically am in downtown Cancun or Riviera Maya).
I am not typically a complainer and can usually go with the flow with most things, but I have to say I was not impressed with this experience. The locations/sites themselves were fine, it was more this particular company and my overall experience with them.
For starters, the van that transported us had really no leg room at all. I can't imagine anyone over 6ft tall being able to ride on that van. I'm 5'6" and I struggled with the leg room. Also, we were picked up around 6:30am for the tour, and we received no water, juice, fruit, danishes or any semblance of a light breakfast. I think that should have been included. Also, the majority of the tour was done in Spanish. I was the first person picked up on the shuttle (my friends were at a different resort) and the driver asked me how much Spanish I knew because the majority of the tour would be done in Spanish. Now, I am semi-fluent and understand Spanish pretty well, but I knew my girlfriends would have alot of trouble understanding them. Plus, when you purchase the tickets for the excursion, they specifically ask you if you prefer a Spanish or English speaking tour guide. Why ask the question if you won't accommodate? Besides my friends and I, there was a large family in our group who all spoke Spanish (about 11 people or so), so it felt most of the day like the tour was only catered to them, probably due to familiarity and comfort level. Later in the tour, one of the guides finally started to actually say things in English as well, but would give a watered down version of the explanations. On our way to our first stop on the tour, we made a random stop at a convenience store, where the family members went in and got snacks and things for the ride. The entire day we really felt like we were outsiders tagging along on someone else's family vacation...lol
Not to be all doom and gloom, the places we went to were awesome and we saw some great scenery, learned some great Mayan history (bought my own personal Mayan certificate based on my birthday), went to a cool cenote and had a pretty good lunch. Loved taking photos at the "Ven a la Luz" art piece and going to the Mayan ruins. We could not go to Paraiso Beach because the seaweed was really really bad and the beach looked horrible - not the company's fault, of course.
Overall, I think Tulum and the spots featured on the tour are great, but I would highly recommend going with another tour company that is more customer focused and has much better transportation accommodations.

My husband and I booked this tour, it was an ok tour, definitely not the best tour I have ever been on. All the places we stopped were beautiful and I definitely enjoyed getting to see the different sites. But... 1st off, when we got picked up the driver did not even speak to us, for the 1st hour we drove around to different stops just to drop people off and pick different people up. Never told us what was going on and we were alittle unsettled with this. Finally after about an hour we picked up the tour guide, Roberto. We were told that even though we booked the English tour, that we are on a Spanish speaking tour. Although our tour guide attempted to translate for us, I still do not feel it was a very informative trip. The tour guide never asked us to take pictures for us at the different stops and I feel like we were being rushed at the stops, except the cenote.

We were picked up at our hotel in playacar that was arranged through a Viator agent that went above and beyond. Once picked up, we were given an overview of our tour by Beto. Everything was taken care of except for some few unexpected small expenses here and there. But overall the tour was great- it was a nice experience to see Tulum
Jessica_H, Feb 2022
Tulum archaeological site & going to sculpture Ven a la Luz was great. We were taken to a different cenote than what the itinerary says--one they're still building the restroom and other structures around.
