Overview

With magnificent seaside archeological ruins and unreal swimming holes, Tulum lies about two hours south of Playa del Carmen. Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Playa Del Carmen: Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at Super Aki market main gate over in federal avenue. If the Travelers are in located between Playa del Carmen to Tulum, and they want to visit 5th avenue in Playa Del Carmen the way back to their hotel or Tulum would be on their own. The pick up time is set acording to your location and starts at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

We recommend that you bring comfortable clothing, a bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen, water shoes (optional) and towels.
We first pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles to take them to the last meeting point where the main bus will be waiting.

If you bring any item that needs to be stored, there may be an additional fee, which is paid at the park."
For guests staying at hotels between Tulum and 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen: If you wish to visit 5th Avenue, please note that you will need to arrange your own transportation back, as the bus will not return to the starting point. If you prefer not to go to Playa del Carmen, you will be dropped off at your hotel. Guests staying at hotels closer to Playa del Carmen will be dropped off either at 5th Avenue (the final stop) or at the official pickup point provided at the beginning of the tour.
