- Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
- City Passes or personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Admission and meal prices are subject to change without prior notice. Refunds will not be issued for price decreases, and price matching for attraction tickets is not available.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- If you choose to leave the group early, please inform the tour guide in advance and sign a departure agreement. No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of the tour.
- Gifts provided during the tour are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions. No refunds will be issued for any changes to the gifts.
- What to Bring: Comfortable shoes and clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
- Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Please provide accurate information, including your full name, contact details (preferably a mobile phone number), and flight information. Inaccuracies may affect your travel arrangements, and any losses resulting from incorrect information will be the responsibility of the traveler.
- If a scheduled attraction is closed due to public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances, we will adjust the itinerary accordingly and/or substitute it with an equivalent attraction to maintain the quality of the Tour.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
- The tour itinerary may be modified by the guide due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances to ensure a smooth trip.
- These terms may be updated from time to time. Please refer to the product website for the most current information before booking. The tour provider is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, except as required by laws.
- Please Note: The total duration of the tour (7–11 hours) may vary depending on your pick-up and drop-off locations.Passengers picked up from Calgary may experience longer travel times compared to those boarding in Banff.
- The Surprise Corner will be closed for maintenance from 09/08/2025-10/20/2025. During this period, the site will not be included in the itinerary on the day of the visit. We appreciate your understanding.
- Banff Upper Hot Springs will be closed for maintenance from 11/01/2025-12/31/2025. During this period, the tour will not visit the attraction. The itinerary in Banff Village will be updated to: Banff Village (120 mins, including lunch at your own expense and free time). Thank you for your understanding.

What a fabulous day! Steven was very knowledgeable, accomodating and kind, he made me super comfortable as a solo traveler. There was so much to see on this day trip and we covered it all. Spectacular views from the Gondola, a great hike to see Johnston Canyon, some shopping in downtown and some other sites along the way. If you only had a day to fit it all it, this tour is perfect.

It's a Big Tourist Bus - over 45 people. We had an excellent driver ( I forgot his name ) LISA is the tour - guide, she is caring, attentive, taking care all of our needs, very good about the history, attractions of the tour....... Really excellent indeed ! As we join this tour in the last minutes. Lisa went extra miles getting us ( & other teammates ) that we didn't purchase the Gondola Ride Tickets. Lisa made it - we were all happily on our way to the Gondola 🚠 ‼️ it's an fun memorable trip. We love Banff ! It's so beautiful in Fall Colors ( this tour was in October 1st, 2025. Lisa told the driver to drop us off close to our Hotel instead of the drop - off point. , saving us to walk up Banff Avenue over 10 minutes at the end of the tour 🥰👍‼️

A nice and not super expensive experience. Got to spend a whole day touring some of Banff’s many attractions while learning about a few pieces of the town’s interesting history. Would recommend, Lisa was awesome- thanks for everything!

Gives an opportunity to see lots of different scenic places around the Banff area, especially if you've already seen Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Michael was a good guide. He took several pictures of us and promptly sent them on to us.

Our Tour Guide Michael and The driver sorry i forgot the name but he is from Ethiopia both are so nice. The tour was so smooth and enjoyable especially Michael is so knowledgeable and funny as well. Both very respectful. The travel feels so safe and smooth. Great job with those to both of them.

If the tour is mainly for Chinese (95%) tourists, you should specify in advance. Very noisy and annoying tour.

On the date of this particular tour, the majority of the participants happened to be Chinese-speaking, so our guide (who is bilingual) supplemented the standard English narration with Chinese translation to help those guests better understand the information. However, the guide did speak English consistently throughout the tour as required. We wish you better travel experiences ahead.

Michael was a combination of tour guide and standup comedian. He was able to translate fluently between English and Chinese so no one felt left out. He explained a little about each area we visited and gave us time to explore. He looked after our needs, going to great restroom and snack shops. Offered great suggestions about different places.

Best tour to cover the Banff Gondola ride and new locations eg Johnston Canyon walk. The tour driver helps you get the Gondola tickets at discounted/Group ticket prices. An option to have a food break in Banff Town should get included.

It was a great day trip to Banff today and thanks especially to our guide Sam! The explanation along the way was very professional and lively, with Banff's natural scenery, historical stories and interesting little knowledge all very clear, making the whole trip both relaxing and fulfilling. The schedule is reasonable, there's no catching up, and each attraction takes a good photo and views. Sam was also attentive, keeping tabs on safety and assembly times, and offering to take photos of everyone. The overall experience was great and we'll be back next time we get the chance!
