Very disappointing experience. We booked tour from Calgary to Banff city, Lake Louise, Lake Moraine & returned to Calgary online. The Tour was cancelled one day before the scheduled date.

We understand that having your booking cancelled just one day before the scheduled departure was frustrating, especially when you had planned your trip around visiting Banff, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake. The tour was cancelled because we did not receive enough confirmed bookings to operate the scheduled departure. We also recognize that our booking information may not have been clear enough regarding the minimum number of participants required for the tour to operate. We take responsibility for making these conditions more visible and easier to understand when customers make their reservations. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we are reviewing how we communicate our tour requirements so that situations like this can be avoided in the future.
