The ride was fine and I enjoyed it. I was charged though in US dollars rather than in Canadian and although I pointed it out, the message was ignored.

Prompt and efficient service, however we booked a drop off at our hotel, but were told one day before the journey that there was a surcharge for this, luckily the drop off was only a 7min. walk for us, but could have been a lot further.

Quiet, scenic ride. Breath taking views. Would have liked to have been dropped off closer to where we were staying. Not a bad walk. Be sure to have a suitcase that rolls well. No sidewalks.

We booked this shuttle months ago prior to our trip to Banff as our means of travel. Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, our flight was delayed. We contacted Viator to reschedule our transfer and we were told by management that we could not change our time because of their cancelation policy. We were then told that we would not be reimbursed because they supposedly contacted the shuttle provider who also stated that no changes could be made. The next day, prior to our flight, we were contacted by the shuttle provider and were informed that a change could be made - this was after we had already secured another shuttle service. Viator refused our request for a refund. Be cautious if you book with Viator unless you are sure no last-minute changes occur with your flights.

When you first contacted us to cancel, it was after our working hours and also it was within the 24-hour cancellation policy. The next day when we get back to work, we contact you about changing you to our next shuttle time which works perfectly for you for free, but you refuse our offer. In your situation, we tried our best to help. The cancellation policy was informed on our booking page before you purchase our ticket, we didn't try to hold money from any client. If you let us know to cancel outside the 24-hour window, we don't need anything but release a full refund to you. If this situation happens again in the future, I would recommend you contact your travel insurance company to claim the loss back. Thanks for respecting our cancellation policy.

Turns out that there were no cars to rent, so best choice ever!! Parking places are very difficult to find these days. Timely service, comfortable bus, drop off at he hotel. Local shuttles are available to move around Banff.
