Successful trip to Coptic Cairo

We were on a guided tour of Coptic Cairo and its churches. Our guide was Dalida Sarhan, and she was exceptionally skilled. She had great insight and spoke with great empathy about the churches and the neighborhood. She was also a great communicator for my son, who afterwards thought it had been a fantastic trip. Can only be recommended.

There is a lot to see in this tour, but the guide was awfull. She was late, not so good in language skills and only the very basic knowlege on the subject

A lovely morning exploring the historic Coptic Churches of Cairo … Rana was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide, and very flexible in letting me have quiet time for prayer and reflection in the churches. The transportation was very comfortable, and the story of “Garbage City” (which I had not heard of) fascinating. A fantastic experience, highly recommended!

We visited the places we wanted to see. They ticked every box on my wish list. Nothing was too much trouble. Darida and Omar made us feel welcome and safe and they were both very knowledgable and passionate about the places we visited and they ensured that we got as much out of it as we could. They knew the answers to all of our questions straight away. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guides they were superb. I am a travel vlogger and they will appear in my vlog in the next few weeks so if you want to see them in action my channel is Designs by la mer. At the end they were kind enough to take us back to the airport rather than hotel and ensured the day ran timely manner to ensure we were at the airport on time. We were not rushed at all. I travelled with my brother.

Very interesting and underrated tour! You'll get to see another side of Egypt. Our tour guide Mahmoud was very friendly and flexible. He helped us to take a lot of good photos as well. Highly recommended!
