Never went on tour, short notice cancelation

Guide messaged us less than a hour before out your saying there was no guide, just driver. We stated that we wanted a guide as were unfamiliar with churches and mosques. If we just wanted to go to place to piece, taking pictures we would have ordered an UBER at a fraction of the cost. He said give him a hr to try and find someone. We waited the hour and no one reached out and we had to do so and ask for the refund. Ruined our trip as it was too late in the day to find something at the last minute.

you have to be honest and fair with youself you booked last minute mot one week ago, i tried my best as you said and didnt find a guide and i told you to give me an hour, you said I cant get a refund ,I told you no we will help you e are respect agency be fair and honest again, thank you for your aggressive feedback

I had a good afternoon with Rania. Pick up was on time. Proceed to the hanging church, the synagogue and the citadel mosque. Background and history of the places are explained. There are 2 shopping stops - perfume and papyrus. I usually don't like these, but since I have the whole afternoon to kill, I decided to stop. I did not stop at the Cartouche maker. I guess the highlight of the afternoon was the restaurant for lunch the driver recommended. All in all it took about 4 hours, including lunch.
