An absolute disgrace! Don’t book this activity. We opted for the one-hour boat trip, which included drinks and a transfer from the hotel. We were therefore hugely disappointed that none of the three aforementioned points were fulfilled. First of all, we received a message (quite coincidentally just 24 hours before the booking – meaning you can no longer cancel or you lose the full amount) stating that we had to pay an extra 10 US dollars for transport. There was no mention of this anywhere on the website. Furthermore, 10 dollars for a 20-minute ride in Egypt is an outrageous amount. From the very first moment, we felt cheated. Then, at the docks, things were very poorly organised. Whoever shouted the loudest got their ‘clients’ onto the boat. We had specifically booked a sunset trip and, because we had to wait 20 minutes, we missed it. A key point here is that there is simply no communication; no one takes the time to let us know when it is our turn. We then spent a good 30 minutes on the boat (sitting is the correct word, not sailing, as we spent at least 15 of those 30 minutes back on shore). The wind was poor – in itself something they can’t do anything about, but this isn’t what we paid for, of course. After half an hour, the captain turned back because he said there was no point given the weather conditions. (‘Sailing’ isn’t really the right word either, as for the first five minutes we were simply blown backwards and, after about half an hour, we were back where we started). Our captain didn’t offer a single word of explanation. Our disappointment was all the greater when, ‘during the trip’, we weren’t even given any drinks. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the communications officer, he said he was merely an intermediary and that it wasn’t his concern. Conclusion: a waste of money and a complete rip-off, given that none of the conditions were met.

We were picked up from our hotel on time but the driver was very fast and we didn’t feel safe especially in the back where there wasn’t enough seatbelts for everyone. We arrived and were soon on a large felluca boat that we had to ourselves and we loved the peaceful ride along a part of the Nile. There wasn’t much wind so we got towed a bit further along. We enjoyed the boat ride but we had booked a felluca ride for 2 hours supposedly with a soft drink included but the sailor wanted to take us back in after 45 minutes. In the end he took us back in after one hour and neither he nor the driver seemed to know we had booked for 2 hours and there was no drinks.

Let's begin with a 1 hr delay in our pick up and transfer which, of course, altered all the rest of the day. Anyhow, kindly enough the local Tour Operator kept in touch via WA advising us on the proper arrival of the driver, 60 minutes later...
Safe drive to the Nile corniche. The boarding site is in Cairo, among buildings and skyscrapers which, of course, took away a good part of the romance but we expected this. What we didn't expect was the attempt to let us board a sailless vessel, a motorboat! With the childish excuse they "there's no wind"... Well, big mistake! I sail since my childhood: it was windy and it was visible through the tree topa all around, just to mention one. And in fact, in the end, we sailed...
I don't like to be treated as a stupid tourist and I don't like people attempting to be smarter than they actually are.
But the boat ride, in the end, was nice, even if much, much, much shorter than written on the program...
Therefore, if you're up to stand for what you paid for, you might do it, otherwise watch out: it might be not worthy...

For me, it wasn’t worth the time or the money. The driver was lovely and the operator of the boat was lovely as well. However, the disco music by other boats on the Nile was loud and certainly not relaxing. As there was no wind the felucca had to be towed by a motorised boat. We just went round in a big circle.

What a wonderful experience! They pick you up straight from the hotel, our driver stopped and walked us right to the boat because we were tourists who didn’t know our way. Abdul, our boat captain, was amazing! He made sure to take tons of pictures and even directed our poses. He played fun, modern music and was dancing and singing with us. He even put his traditional wear on my partner and taught him some dances. I would definitely do that again. It was fun in a couple, I would assume it would be even better in a group!

It was good , driver picked up us from our hotel and took us to Nile. But our sailing on Nile wasn’t 1 hour as it was said in our tour.
Overall I preferred this to the cruise that is crowded.

The driver picked us up 1 hour earlier. So we were not able to see sunset at all and too hot. The rower put an anchor in the water and didn't wanna move. When I asked he said because of no windows while.other boasts were moving. When I asked him again he just decided to come back so boatride was less than 40 min. I WASTED TIME AND MONEY.

Lack of communication and disorganized service. When we arrived at the agreed location, it was immediately clear the staff were not on the same page. Original booking: Pickup at Riverside Cairo at 17:00.
First change (15:46–15:50): You asked to move pickup to Four Seasons Nile Plaza; our guide rerouted and arrived there at 17:00, waiting on the quay.
Second change (16:01): You then asked to shift pickup again—this time to Al-Khalili Market—and to drop you at InterContinental CityStars. We dispatched the guide accordingly.
Tour duration change: You also shortened the felucca trip from 2 hours to 1 hour; we confirmed and prepared for the revised schedule.
Arrival via Uber (19:20): You reached the pickup point two hours after your original 17:00 slot, which unfortunately prevented us from launching the tour as planned.
Throughout these adjustments—each accommodated despite our 24 h amendment policy—we even offered a complimentary upgrade to smooth things over, yet you elected not to board.

It is a relaxing small cruise around the Nile. We had 2 hours on the Felucca boat but I think one hour is adequate!
We had the best tour guide with very good English and very supportive answering all our questions!
The travel agency drove us after to a Big Shopping Mall instead of returning to our Hotel.

Picked up on time, despite the fact that we changed the pick up point twice, really great communication. The driver was great and the Felluca trip was very enjoyable. The driver stayed with us and took some great photo's. Stopped off in a really nice Restaurant for a meal and then dropped us back. A faultless tour. Thanks to all.

We were picked up on time and taken to felucca. After sailing for about 45-50 minutes the boat captain asked if we wanted another hour or go in. I told him we had paid for 2 hours. So he drifted the boat into the middle of the Nile where we bobbed around for about 15-20 minutes while he talked on his phone. Clearly wasn’t taking the boat anywhere so we said take us back. We were then dropped at a koshery, food was put in front of us which we ate and then the driver took us back.to the hotel. Someone rang from the company and asked us if we got our two hours and when I said no they said we could go back out in the boat, but we were already back at the hotel and couldn’t go the next day. Not that we would want to go through that experience again. I mentioned we didn’t get the soft drinks either and I was refunded $7.00.
Nobody was interested in us, or our trip or our enjoyment and we were given the bare minimum if value so I highly recommend do NOT do this tour.
