Excellent tour of the main sights of Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis. We had a very good tour guide and driver. There was initially a misunderstanding by the tour agency about what was included in the program, but once they realized their mistake they very quickly rectified it. We had a good experience and I would recommend this tour.

Nasser was a very pleasant guide, very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The tour was great and I loved how private it was to us. Nasser took us everywhere and we had an amazing lunch in a beautiful restaurant. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

False advertisements and bad suggestions

We were not terribly happy with this tour. We thought the guide was pretty good. She was very knowledgable and was helpful getting us around. But we had some issues with communications on what we wanted, what was listed, and what we got during the tour. First, she said it was a little hazy out and that the better time to see the pyramids would be at the end of the tour. However, The pyramids close at 4pm, which by time we got there, we could not go in. We were unaware of this. Also note, the sphinx faces the east and is east of the pyramids. So when we got there, the face of the sphinx was in shadow and made for very poor photos with the sphinx and pyramids together. I highly suggest you see the pyramids before the sun passes the zenith. Also, we wanted to ride the camels through the complex. Though I did plenty of research, that you could get a camel or horse. Some things were very unclear. She took us to a tour guide place rather than the entrance. They demanded $200USD for a 3 hour tour on the camel which was not what we wanted. We wanted to go to the entrance, pay the entrance fee, and get a camel or horse inside, something I had read plenty of research on. We were very furious to have to pay so much for an additional tour just to see the pyramids. maybe a communication issue? Does it matter at this moment? We lost our day to see the pyramids and won't ever get that back unless we return. Also, they don't seem to take good care of their animals, I am guilty for even paying what we did for the ride. There were some cuts and large wounds on my camel that I asked about and they gave some lame excuse. I would suggest you reconsider renting an animal. Secondly, our tour guide either can't or wouldn't, go into the tombs or in the Giza complex with us. We were led in with a local, who demanded a tip for showing us. What are we paying for a guided tour if our guide can't even enter some of the sites? More hidden fees. Thirdly, this description says a professional photographer. She didn't have a camera. She just took my camera to take pictures of me, pictures of the same type of image you see on other sites. Nothing original. How can someone call themselves a professional photographer if they not only don't process a camera, but use my camera which has no professional qualities to it. This was a waste and a false advertisement. I do not suggest this tour. Maybe to see the other places but not to see Giza. I suggest you uber to Giza yourself, pay the entrance fee there, which is stated. Expect maybe 3 hours on the complex, walk it if you'd like. We got no added benefit having the guide for the Giza portion. She was useful for the Saqqara and Memphis portion, but Giza, not at all. If the guide can't even come in with us, you are just likely getting the same kind of experience if you did it yourself.

Some times our listed guides are busy with their tour with us that is way we support the extra tours we have with a guides who are not from our list who did not know our rules well But We Want To Inform you That The Ride Hours or Camels this is not related to any guide the Guide Only wants to accept your request to ride hours so he talk you to the people who rent horses and you have to accept and have to refused this is your choice not the guide wrong the second Problem the Weather in Egypt is little changed so may be the sun became IN front of the face of the sphinx and other time come from its side so this is not our problem and there is no one will know when the sun be in front or beside its weather sometimes there is no sun in summer in the Giza district the third problem about the photographer we did not mention that we will give you tour guide and driver and camera man this is not believable Finally we are so sorry about any bad experience hoping to see you again and we will do all Our best for you So sorry again .. 何も買わない決意を持ちましょう。このツアーは、ドライバーがいろいろなところにこちらの望まなくても連れてってくれます。中には、カーペットスクールと称して、絨毯を買わせるお店やパピルスショップと言ってお土産を販売をしてくるお店などがあり、そういったところでは何かを買ってあげたい気持ちになりますが、明らかに高い買い物になります。またラクダや乗馬馬車でピラミッドを回るといった馬鹿げたツアー会社にも連れてかれますが、絶対に断ってください。車でピラミッドは回れます。ドライバーは少し機嫌そうな顔しますが、特に問題なくピラミッドには連れてってくれます。私たちはこの手の詐欺に引っかからないように全てを断りましたが、全く問題なかったです。
