Really great tour and guide. We were well looked after by our guide and driver and the pyramids were excellent! Especially being able to go inside. I would try and avoid them stopping at the carpet school in Saqqara as this is really just an upsell by the people that work there.

It was easy, it was good, affordable. Difficult contacting the tour operator prior to tour but the driver and guide was at our hotel at our booked time, ready to go. Flexible itinerary. At the end they stop at their tour company and go through egyptian essences experience and bazaar shop as a 'compulsory' inclusion in the tour, but it wasnt too bad as we got to experience the essences and they also werent 'too' pushy. Guide and driver were excellent. Recommend

In general very interesting. Pick-up was no hustel even though it was New Cairo area. The places are way better than the Giza pyramids. But the tour was not completely as in the description (she told us that we have seen the two places but we informed us about what we wanted to see, where they are located and we had even pics of friends to not miss it and that was obviously missing). That's the missing star. It was nice to see the carpet makers weaving, even though we wouldn't want to go there. I prefer rather seeing all tour places than carpet makers as we are only for a few days in town. The guide was nice, she gave her best to explain. A little bit less hurrying would have been nice.

I booked this at 11:56pm the night before, and got confirmation from the tour operator about 20 minutes later. My driver, Salah, showed up on time at 9am, and told me all about Sakkara and Giza during our ride. Salah was super friendly and a wealth of information. The guide's English was very difficult to understand. Every time I talked or asked a question, he replied "yaya", which usually meant he didn't understand or didn't pay attention. He also pushed a lot for me to spend money in tourist traps (rug shop, spice shop, souvenir shop, etc.), which he called government-certified "museums", and was visibly disappointed when I didn't buy anything. It's obvious that he is getting a generous commission on sales and doesn't have your best interest in mind. He also tried to bring me to a "traditional" restaurant which cost 20usd for a lunch (way more than what a typical Egyptian lunch costs). Noha the tour guide was great. Knowledgeable and funny. Attentive to needs of our family inc 8mth old baby. Tour snd sites are amazing and well worth seeing. If claustrophobic don't head inside the pyramids but do still go as the site has lots more to see. Lunch was great too. All in all a great day. Only comment. Water needed on van. It was some hours before we got water which was supposed to be included. Ramadan meant some shops shut which may have been the reason

This was by far the standout day tour of our Egyptian trip. Our guide Hossam was the perfect guide: extremely knowledgeable, gave us as much time as required, did not rush, ensured that nothing we had asked for was missed, and best of all did not pressure us to waste time 'shopping' for souvenirs, thus maximising the amount of time sightseeing instead, so much so that our tour actually lasted longer than originally planned. In terms of the tour itself, the Bent, Red, Step Pyramids were great but the interior of the Pyramid of Unas and the Mastaba of Mereruka with the original colourful hieroglyphics, and Serapeum should definitely not be missed. Lunch was also amazing. All in all, the highlight of our tour of Egypt and a big thank you to our guide Hossam for making our day extra special.

Dort haben wir unsere Tickets selbst gekauft. Wir besuchten die Djoser Pyramide, die Teti Pyramide und das Museum auf dem Gelände. Danach ging die Fahrt zum Rihana Museum.
