Paco and Josue were wonderful. We made it to the arch where Josue took our photos magically while balancing on his paddleboard. We were then headed to Lover’s Beach when big clouds were building and a torito came in, causing big wind, waves and then a pelting of rain. Paco and Josue concentrated their efforts on ensuring the safety of a capsized kayak. They were top notch in a situation that could have gotten out of hand easily. My husband and I were not able to land at Lover’s Beach given the conditions and headed back to the dock. Josue and Paco had two kayaks on the beach, one now right side up and us. They then divided and conquered to make sure we were all safe in the unexpectedly high ocean swells. Hats off to these two. They clearly know the ocean and are familiar with rescue techniques in the oh so rare occasion they need to use them. We were not able to snorkel given the storm that came upon us with no notice. Paco and Josue were pure magic!

The weather event you experienced is locally known as a “Torito,” a sudden and localized storm that, although ver rare, it can bring strong winds, waves, and heavy rain. As soon as we were notified that one was approaching, we immediately alerted our guides. Unfortunately, this particular Torito developed and arrived very quickly, which made the conditions change in a matter of minutes.
We are always closely monitoring the weather and ocean conditions throughout our tours, and our guides are prepared to react quickly when conditions change. Safety will always be our number one priority.
We’re sorry you weren’t able to enjoy Lover’s Beach or snorkel as planned, but we’re grateful that everyone made it back safely. We’re so glad you were still able to make it to the Arch and capture some magical moments before the weather changed! 🥰

Kayak is probably the best way to enjoy the Arc. It is a little scary being so close to many boats wanting to see the arc but Josue made sure we were safe.
Some boats get a little too aggressively close and you want to be in decent physical shape. The Snorkling area alone is super worth it. Amazing !!

Wow! What can we say about Pablo’s company, True Baja? Absolutely incredible!! From booking to the very end, Pablo met every need possible! We were able to push our dates back a day due to being exhausted from traveling. He was so accommodating and understanding! He picked us up from our hotel in a luxurious air conditioned van and drove us to our destination. He is very kind and fun to chat with. Then we met the best guide ever, Josue! We ended up being the only people who signed up for the sun rise kayak snorkeling tour so we had a private tour. Josue took us to the arch, where he took pictures of my family, and then back to a small private beach for the most magical snorkeling experience ever. He was so fun and knowledgeable. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We had such a blast! Thank you Pablo and Josue for giving us the best experience!

The kayak and snorkeling tour with this group was really great. Our guide was fun, friendly, and seemed like he knew every little thing. It even felt like he knew every other guide because he navigated the busy waters well and we never felt like we were part of the crowd (the arches of course is a busy place, but we got right in there with the boats) or in a sticky situation. The company picked us up right on time and the van was cool…which was really nice after the tour! I would highly reccommend them and if I ever come back to Cabo San Lucas, I would 100% look into another experience with them.

This was a really varied and fun trip taking in kayaking, swimming, snorkelling and seeing the arches up close. The hotel pickup was seamless and very friendly. The guide was great fun and knowledgeable on the history, geography and wild life in the area. He worked tirelessly to ensure we were safe and having a good time. The variety and amount of fish/octopus/eels we saw snorkelling was the best we have ever seen in Europe or the Caribbean. It was relatively busy on the water which didn’t spoil the trip in anyway, but might make you think a bit more about the 6am trip when all is empty and quiet.

Picked us up at hotel. Gave us instructions for staying safe & getting in and out of kayak. Two person kayaks. Beautiful scenery! Stopped at Lover Beach which was a little tough to get in & out of but our guides helped us. Cool to walk across to the ocean!
Snorkeling was fun. The guides made sure we got to see everything!

Kayaking to the arch was a great experience. Even in rough waters with boat traffic, our tremendous crew of Joshua, Paco, and Robert made it doable and enjoyable.

Guides were good, we didn't stop at Lover's beach, instead we were taken to Pelican Rock for an extended period of time. Pelican Rock area was so crowded, that non snorkelers had nowhere to stay and wait comfortably. Those who snorkeled enjoyed it. Wish we spent more time kayaking instead.

As this is a shared tour, the itinerary and timing are designed to accommodate the group as a whole. Pelican Rock is our designated snorkeling location, and the time spent there allows guests who choose to snorkel to fully enjoy the activity. We understand that this may not have been ideal for guests who would have preferred to spend more time kayaking.
It’s also worth noting that experiences can vary depending on the season, time of day, weather conditions, tides, and visitor volume. As a popular tourist destination, beach size and accessibility can change significantly throughout the year, which sometimes affects the locations and amount of time spent at each stop.

Our family of 5 kids aged: 19, 17, 15 loved this excursion. We Kayaked, visited Lovers Beach, Snorkeled, and the kids dived off of a cliff. This is great way to see the reef up close. We saw many mantatees doing flips in the air that was so fun a first for our family. The snorkeling was so beautiful many different types of sea life, beautiful coral, and star fish. We felt safe and informed during out day we had 2 guides: Roberto, and Juan(sp); they did a great job. Would recommend if you have kayaked before; the water is a little rough but we were comfortable since we have kayaked several times. If your looking a for a multi adventure with beautiful views and sea life this is for you.

Kayaking was not too strenuous even with the waves/swell that we battled. Snorkeling was good, but the weather was too rough to go to lovers Beach. The group was a little large with 15 people, but we had three staff, so they were OK in corralling the different abilities. I was very impressed with one staff member’s personal attention to those who were beginners at snorkeling

This experience was absolutely amazing. The guides were very well trained and led us perfectly. We didn't end up going to Lover's Beach because the current was too strong but that didnt detract from the overall experience. My group of 5 was split into 2 doubles and 1 single and the guides were constantly making sure the single person was keeping up with the rest of us. Towards the end, one of the guides made the decision to take over the kayak and let the single person rest since the current had gotten really strong so it was clear that safety was a big priority. There were a ton of boats and cruises sailing around so the water was pretty choppy at times and navigating through that was tough but very worth it. The snorkeling was also beautiful. It was our first time snorkeling and the guides trained us on using the equipment and helped us adjust to the breathing technique before taking us deeper into the water. We were given dry packs for our belongings, and the guides provided water and granola bars once we got to Pelican Rock. Overall, the experience was very organized and beautiful and we would definitely do it again.

It was so cool to be out on the water kayaking so closely to the rocks and to be able to go onto the beaches. Going early was really calm and peaceful because not a lot of people or boats were out on the water so it felt like a very private experience and seeing the sunrise was beautiful. We got to snorkel and the guide took professional photos of us by the arch and sent them at no extra cost! Saw some humpback whales in the distance, sea lions, pelicans, and lots of fish. Definitely recommend as this is a unique experience and was my favorite part of my trip!

Our kayaking adventure to the arches in Cabo was one of the highlights of our trip. The entire experience was exceptionally well organized, and the guide provided superb service from start to finish. We had a fantastic time on this excursion. Roberto and Paco continuously verified that we were having a great time and if there was anything they could do for us. Unfortunately, the water was too rough to safely go to Lovers Beach, but we were allowed extra time to snorkel at the Pelican Rock. The fish there were amazing. ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ For Roberto and Paco for taking excellent care of us.
Also, our hotel was outside of the pick up and drop off zone. Pablo, did a fantastic job arranging transportation for us, at a very affordable price. Pedro, our transportation driver, also did an outstanding job, taking care of us and telling us more about the history of the surrounding cities.

To provide proper context for this review and address several inaccurate statements, we would like to clarify what occurred on the day of the tour.
The activity reserved was a guided kayak and snorkeling tour, as clearly described in the booking information and confirmation received before arrival. Upon arriving at the beach, one guest informed us that they had expected a boat tour instead of a kayak tour. Although we explained the activity and gave both guests the opportunity to participate, they ultimately chose not to join.
Because the tour was operating as advertised and all services were available as booked, our cancellation policy applied and a refund could not be issued.
We also respectfully disagree with the claims regarding our equipment and professionalism. As evidenced by an overwhelming majority of positive reviews, guest safety is our highest priority, and our equipment is routinely maintained and inspected.
While we understand that booking the wrong activity can be frustrating, we believe reviews should accurately reflect the service provided. This review is based on a misunderstanding of the type of tour reserved rather than on the actual experience of participating in the excursion.
We appreciate your visit and sincerely hope that your future excursions are a better match for your expectations, we genuinely wish you enjoyable travels ahead and hope your future adventures are exactly what you’re looking for.
The guides are extremely helpful when a client is not knowledgeable about snorkelling or paddling. They helped a couple we were with so they could enjoy the beauty of the sea! True Baja is a class act! Don't hesitate to do this activity. We went at 6 am and had a great experience! This was the second time we have gone on this excursion. It doesn’t disappoint.

Roberto and Paco were amazing guides and we had an awesome time with them. They showed us an octopus, sting rays, and sea lions. They took lots of photos for us as well and took care to ensure we were well cared for.

This excursion was excellent from start to finish. We were picked up from our resort promptly, van was clean and spacious. Guide who took us out on the water was extremely skilled— knew how to navigate the waves, where the best beaches are, where to see the best marine life. He taught us all about the rock formations and beaches, took terrific pics of us. He helped us in the water if we needed it. Going out early is totally the way to go— zero crowds!
He gaged our abilities & did some more exciting things once he knew we could handle it.
