We were very lucky to have Kosta as our guide. We had a wonderful time! He patiently demonstrated and taught us everything we needed about scuba diving. We did two dive, Kosta pointed out everything he found. We saw sea lion, and tons of different fished, also an octopus! Highly recommend.

Fabulous experience. Our guide, "Jesus" put us completely at ease. He was so knowledgeable and experienced and great with my 11 and 14 year old daughters. The entire team was completely professional while still being fun. We'll definitely do this again.

This was a great experience! The check-in staff was very welcoming, and Eduardo was a wonderful instructor. He took the time I needed to adjust and feel comfortable in the water. Once under he was always checking if I was ok, and he took me to some little shark hiding spots, which was awesome. Manta Scuba diving and Eduardo made this a great experience.

It was such an amazing experience scuba diving in Los Cabos! It was my boyfriend’s first time and my second time (but I’m definitely not an expert — I still get nervous!). Our instructor, Martin, was absolutely awesome. He was patient, calm, and made us feel safe the whole time. He explained everything clearly and kept checking on us underwater, which really helped me relax and enjoy the dive.
The water was beautiful, and we got to see so many colorful fish and coral. It was such a memorable experience — especially for my boyfriend’s first dive! Highly recommend this place and Martin if you’re looking for a fun and safe scuba adventure in Los Cabos! 🌊🐠💙

This was my granddaughter's first scuba diving experience, and it had been years since I last dove. Monty was a fantastic teacher! He explained everything clearly and was very patient in the water, constantly checking to ensure we felt safe.
Despite the murky water, Monty used his flashlight to reveal hidden treasures. We were excited to see colorful fish, as well as starfish and pufferfish. It was an amazing experience!

Angela is the absolute BOMB!!!!! In a great sense. Very very thorough and very very safe. She explained everything and I felt completely at ease in the water. We communicated very well underwater with signals and we just floated up and down with some currents and changed depths. Never had a problem with clearing my ears. She showed how to attract fish so we could pet them. We saw ooodles of fish and a ray or two. The equipment was first rate. I cannot say enough good things about Manta and especially about Angela. Request her. You will NOT be disappointed and you will love the experience

Had a solo dive with edwardo and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone on the ride was certified except for me so i was a little nervous but edwardo was superb and always checked in on me. I am convinced to get certified now! The staff was great and i highly recommend this for anyone interested! They take you to two places my morning dive we saw a mini shark, a seal, octopus and 2 manta rays during my dive!

Perfect activity!!! This was my first time snorkeling and my guide took his time to make sure I was comfortable and understand how it works. His experience in underwater diving made me feel safe. One of the best experience I've had. This is the perfect thing to do when you visit Cabo.

This was my first diving experience. I was nervous going into this as I haven’t been under water in years but wanted to experience being in the ocean with the sea life. My instructor, Mercedes was super nice and patient with me and answered all of my questions. She was absolutely AMAZING at calming me down when I first entered the water. The ocean is beautiful and I really enjoyed seeing the fish and a sea lion. Thank you Mercedes for making this an amazing experience! Highly recommend :)

We went Scuba Diving as a family and it opened up our eyes in an up close and personal way to all magnificent wonders underneath the sea. 🌊

Outside of that, we had a blast. Angela is amazing & so good at explaining things & being calm & talking you off the ledge. So much so you could really relax & enjoy yourself. It was such an incredible experience. To be a part of the underwater world to a whole new depth is something you just have to experience. I cannot wait to try it & experience it again.

Great location, super friendly people, good gear, superb instruction and amazing diving. I am Padi certified but hadnt done it in years, my son has some experience too. They tailored the trip to us perfectly. Fish were stellar! Way more life than you'd expect, huge grouper, manta rays, a shark, lots of little and big fish everywhere. Our guide was a nice Italian guy who was A+ the entire time. Ask for him. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone and if I come back, I'll do it again. Bring $ for tips, they definitely earn it.

As a first time diver this was an awesome experience. My guide helped me through my anxiety and regulating the pressure in my ears. We saw sea lions, cow rays, spotted stingrays, toadfish, moray eels, reef sharks, countless species of fish. Opted for the second dive and saw a group of sea lions and swam in both the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez. Highly recommend if you are wanting to see if scuba is for you.

Regardless of the season, there is always a great biodiversity here.
It is common to feel a little nervous during your first dive as you don't know what to expect, but once you discover the beauty of the underwater world, you will be speechless.

We had one day in Cabo on a Cruise. We had an incredible time diving with Manta. Highly recommended. My daughter, 28, did a discovery dive while my certified husband and I tagged along. It was beautiful. Sea lions, rays, octopus, and tons of coral and fish. Absolutely beautiful. They prepped all the equipment, provided drinks and snacks, and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. Great company.

We both had never scuba dive before. The first hour was dedicated to equipment and brief instruction which was appreciated although our instructor talked very fast which made it a little confusing. Then we took a boat out to our dive site. The dive site was gorgeous with tons of marine life. We saw lots. However during the dive I experienced quite a bit of ear pain and expressed and signed that I wanted to go back up multiple times and my instructor didn’t allow me to inflate my jacket. My ear pain increased as we continued our descent. After the dive I could not hear and had intense headaches for a day. I wish I had been able to go back up when I initially asked.

We like to hear your feedback about our service and we understand your concern, however due to safety restrictions and dive standards, we cannot do the ascent quickly, so your instructor followed the protocol, as she did not want to expose you to any kind of risk, this is the reason why she did not allow you to inflate the BCD on your own, as she needed to do the slow ascent taking care of you.
Safety is the most important matter for us, so we hope you understand we wanted to give you the safest exerience

This was a great experience! I didn’t get my open water diving certification completed in time so I signed up for the beginner dive which takes you down less than the 60 feet that certified divers can do. We took a boat over to Pelican rock and went in and wow, the water was so clear and all the animals underwater were amazing. I went end of June and while the initial dive in water was warm, swimming a tad bit down, the water becomes very cold. The instructor was very patient with me despite getting worried when I saw the depth but after calming me down I was able to go down and throughly enjoy the dive. Definitely want to come back to Cabo to actual dive/get certified here and bring a camera with SD card to record the beautiful underwater scenery. I highly recommend this experience, the 5 stars are no lie!

The experience was incredible due to the amazing staff at Manta. I am terrified of the ocean, and attempted to quell that fear by trying a beginner dive class. Our instructor was Julio (the black shark) and I don’t think I could have been with a more experienced, patient, and overall hilarious, dive partner. He took away my anxiety with his cam demeanor in the ocean, and vigorous explanations and instructions beforehand. I had my eyes on him underwater and felt extremely safe! He opened my eyes to the underwater world and had such a respect for the ocean and its creatures, I couldn’t help but feel the same. I would highlight recommend this tour, and crew, for anyone!

Staff were amazing! We were supposed to check in at 7:30 am but with having to wait to catch a tender off the ship, we were running late. We received a call by 7:50 to check on our status and got directions straight to the shop. And with a ratio of one guide to two people, it made me feel much more safe and comfortable on the dive. The guides were not only knowledgable, but personable. We had Lawrence from Italy and Juanito from Columbia. Both were phenomenal guides.
We went mid-March when waters were a little more cold, but tolerable with the wet suits provided and much more sea life than we had seen on our previous 4 dives in various tropical regions (or our last trip here that was later in the season). It doesn’t have the clear vision distance of the Caribbean, but we still saw a bigger variety and so many schools of fish it was amazing. I wish we had a go pro or underwater camera.
We received our instructions at the shop, boated 5-10 minutes away and jumped right in to practice the skills. Our previous trips all practiced the skills on a beach shore, which my husband and I liked better; it made us feel comfortable with the equipment and process before getting 8 feet down. But my teens preferred this method! Highly recommend this activity and company.

Sometimes the cruise schedule to go ashore can be a bit complicated, but we are glad that you were able to make it to your activity on time, we try to adapt as much as possible so you don't miss the activity.
The biodiversity in this area is amazing, the visibility varies every day of course, in general it is usually good, but it depends on the time of the year it can be spectacular and the water gets quite warm

Let me just say Julio the Black Shark is the most amazing guide I’ve ever encountered in my life. My brother and i signup to scuba dive for my 28th birthday. My brother jumped in like a pro no problem. I was a little different. I’ve traveled all over the world and snorkeled everywhere, but never scuba dived. I thought it was going to be the same but i panicked when i went into the water and couldn’t control my breathing. Julio stayed with me the entire time and was 100% patient with working with me to calm down and get under water. We took it into small baby steps to get me comfortable enough to fully submerge in the water. It took us a few minutes but not once did i feel rushed or any once of annoyance from Julio. The entire experience was beautiful!!! Not only did he take his time, even underwater he kept checking on me via the hand singles and he allowed me to hold onto him just so i can feel safer and more secure. I would recommend him and this company time and time again! They’re all so amazing and I’m beyond grateful i had Julio there to help me achieve my bday wish of scuba diving !! I can’t thank him or Manta Scuba Dive enough !!

Great experience! Loris was a wonderful instructor that explained everything really well and made us feel safe the whole time. My husband had never been scuba diving and he had a fabulous first dive. Loris pointed out things we never would have noticed on our own and we saw so many different types of fish everywhere. Added bonus was getting a tour over to the arch. Just book it! You won’t regret it.

My father (73), my son (12) and I (46) had an amazing time on our Discover dive. Julio is a great teacher and made all of us feel very comfortable. My father and I are both certified divers but hadn’t been diving in 20 years. Julio reminded us of the most important skills we needed and then gave us space to try them. It was my son’s first dive and he loved every minute of it. He had one moment where he got nervous and Julio did a great job of calming him down so he could keep going. We saw a ton of fish, two sea lions and a huge eel. The boat was really nice and Captain Jimmy carefully got us through the high waves and crowded areas. I HIGHLY recommend diving with Manta Scuba!!
