The Gali Plaza will be on your left, the water on your right. Walk approximately 20 yards to the Cruise Terminal building. The building will be on your left and has a sign saying API in blue letters. Enter the terminal building and walk to the far side where you will exit onto a parking lot. At the parking lot exit, you will see an Oxxo convenience store. Your guide will be waiting in front of the store. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. If you are driving yourself: The meeting point is at the Plaza Gali parking lot, which is located right in front of the Sandos Finisterra hotel. We will meet you in front of the OXXO convenience store which is located at the exit of the parking lot. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (OxxO) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. If you choose our complimentary transport service: Our round trip transportation covers hotels in San Jose del Cabo, the corridor, and the Cabo San Lucas tourist area. Pick up is approximately one hour before the start of your tour. Upon booking, you can specify your exact hotel. Please contact us to confirm your specific time of pick up one day before your scheduled tour. The activity lasts 6 hours 30 minutes including round-trip transportation.
Our Fox Canyon hiking tour is considered medium difficulty level, therefore participants should be in good physical condition and at least moderately fit to go on this hike.
Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time.
As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain and road cuts.
All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.

Fabulous day exploring the foothills of mountains outside of San Jose del Cabo. Our guide Sol was wonderful and super informative. We loved the hike, the waterfall was surprising and beautiful, and seeing the Tropic of Cancer and Santiago’s mission were very cool bonuses. The ride was comfortable with plenty of water to drink. And lunch was absolutely delicious. We loved it all and would definitely do this again. A perfect adventure!

This activity had everything we're looking for. We got a really good workout and saw gorgeous sights while we learned all about geology, flora, and fauna. There were incredible views, amazing outdoor adventures, and we all got an incredible full body workout that included rock climbing, cliff diving, swimming, and hiking. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun outdoor activity that taught you all about Mexico and its beauty.

One of the best hikes ever!

This is one of the most exhilarating hikes I have been on in years. There were 8 in our group- all in decent shape and so our guide asked if we wanted the more rugged route. We agreed and had a truly marvelous and challenging hike in gorgeous countryside.

10/10 would recommend this excursion to all. The drive was a little bumpy due to conditions of the road but it was safe. Our guides picked us up promptly from the hotel. Be sure to wear your swimsuit, bring towels, and sun screen. It was about a 1.5 hr drive but when you arrive it's so worth it. Michael and Hugo were knowledgeable and patient. They took us to the top of the waterfall where we explored a bit and saw more pools. We also went into town for an authentic Mexican lunch. The fish tacos were amazing and thr margaritas were fresh and delicious. I recommend this hike. The hike gets your heart rate up because of the steep terrain but it's short. Once you get to the waterfall, the swimming hole is a perfect way to cool off. Wear sneakers. The steps are covered in dust/gravel. Go! You won't regret it.

Maury was the best guide ever! He’s so kind and really shapes the trip to meet your expectations. He was so helpful to EVERYONE… even people that weren’t on the tour with us. If he saw someone trying to climb up a difficult rock, or jump off a ledge, or trying to find the trail, he was right there with them helping them and cheering them on. Just a good person with a good heart. I would highly recommend and so glad we did it. It was probably one of the highlights of our trip. Maury is also a surfing guide and I would hire him to teach me to surf in a heartbeat.

Had a fantastic time with Marco. He was a lot of fun and catered the excursion towards our more adventurous side-such as cliff jumping at the waterfall. There are some steep rock stairs but the hike is short. The waterfall and oasis are breathtaking. The ride from Cabo was about 90mins. Marco kept us entertained teaching us about the area and telling stories. Lunch was yummy and relaxing. We were all grateful we decided to do this activity and would highly recommend.

Beautiful oasis!

Tour said 9 am, but really they want you to be at the meeting point at 8 am. We were running late and thought we missed this tour since Google maps was directing us everywhere but to the location, very hard to find. Right when I was about to give up and go back to our hotel, we found Sal, our driver! Once the other group got there, we headed to our destination which was beautiful! So worth it! Lunch was amazing too!! Bring your own backpack. Hike is not for everyone. You'll be walking along riverbed over rocks, and repel down a rope to get to the swimming area. Water is so cold, but worth jumping into. Our guide was amazing!! He helped the other family with their young child. It was very sweet! Highly recommend!

Incredible experience. If you like adventure this is a must activity while in Cabo. The hike is moderate to somehow difficult for some but the swimming and waterfalls is the most memorable. I highly recommend this trip while in Cabo.

This is a fantastic adventure! The hike is a little strenuous but not too bad. The waterfall and pool is an excellent reward for the hike. Luis is an excellent guide, making sure you are always safe, abd sharing lots about the area and history.. Lunch at the restaurant was really good. Try the dragonfruit Pina colada. This is an amazing hiking experience. We visited further up the canyon where there was a water slide. Then we hiked down and saw the waterfall and had a chance to swim. Maury was kind, knowledgeable and considerate of the whole group. Highly recommend you do this when in Los Cabos.

This excursion by high tide was an awesome experience. The hike highlighted the beauty and nature of this country. The waterfall is one of the highlights and worth it as well as the food provided during the excursion. Maury was the most kind and knowledgeable host as well as patient. Would recommend to anyone and do again!

Great if you want to escape the city and have a good exercise

Cool experience! Guides were sharing many information about history of Baja California, transportation was nice - straight out of your hotel, with AC. The hike itself is short, but challenging (for me haha) because of the hot weather and ups and downs, so you should be ready to jump between rocks. We visited two waterfalls, both were amazing! Water is very warm. In the end you have lunch in the local cafe, delicious as always in Mexico:D

Excellent Canyon Hike and Swim!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion with Carlos and Marco! They were excellent guides and knew the canyon well. The hike was beautiful and not too long. My favorite part was swimming in the pools and sliding down the waterfalls. It was an amazing place to explore! I recommend wearing comfortable tennis shoes or hiking boots since it was rocky. I also recommend bringing your own water, towel, and lots of sunscreen. The provided lunch at the end in Miraflores was one of the best on our whole trip. I highly recommend this tour!
