Not What We Expected

Very poor setup for kids. Trip was advertised as a family friendly trip but was simply a booze cruise with a 25 minute stop to swim in an area with little sea life and in 50 feet of water.

Not worth it

We stood in line for an hour and were told to stand in the second line. We got there before 2/3rds of the other passengers, but our line wasn’t allowed on until the first line, which included passengers that arrived up until the boarding time, boarded. So there wasn’t any seating left on the bottom deck of the cruise and we had to sit on the top unshaded part with extremely loud music and drunks. My children and myself were so uncomfortable. I wouldn’t have done this tour had I known it was limited seating for families and that it was a party boat.

Disappointing snorkeling

Snorkeling was disappointing, everyone was required to wear lifejackets. Other parts of the trip were enjoyable.

The boat ride was good. Lunch was provided we had tacos they were okay. Snorkeling was not good saw about 15 fish & just 1 stop within a 3hr trip? I was really hoping the trip included stopping in different places to snorkel and we never saw the Sea Lions or turtles. Also the transportation was not included or even offered in our package!

Regarding transportation, sinse you booked through a third party agency we cannotbcontrol the type of packages that are provided to you. Had a good time! Me and my friends went on this tour and had fun. Drinks were good, we had alot ! Danced a lot , yes there were kids but we had fun with them too. The tacos were delicious. I would say it all depends on who you come with or your peers and how fun they can be. Overall great, the STAFF was so FUNNN and Funny !

Avoid if you’re on a cruise

Our cruise ship was late tendering folks ashore and we missed this excursion. I swear these excursion companies give you an unreasonably small window of time to make it off the ship before they leave without you and refuse to give you a refund. Their refund policies are bogus and from now on I will always just book through the cruise lines.

Missed tour, lost $

We called because we couldn't make the tour we booked but they said we had to call viator company itself not the tour place in Cabo. They didn't help us cancel so we paid the$260 but didn't go.

Sucked

It sucked! We didn’t get to snorkel or get off to swim. They lied..because the group before us were not wet at all…SO IF THEY TELL YOU —YOU MAY NOT BE SNORKELLING BUT CAN JUMP INTO WATER —they are LIEING —decline/cancel. It was truly a waste of time! Food was 5/10 Staff was great! 8/10

It was just ok

I went on this boat about 6 years ago and loved it and couldn’t wait to come back. I just went on June 9, 2021 and it was just ok. Chips and salsa would have been nice and the service was just ok. The tacos were just ok as well. The sitting area is nice and has plenty of shade.
