WE PICKUP/DROPOFF TRAVELERS FROM ANY RESORT OR LOCATION- Upon your arrival at SJD (San José del Cabo Airport), a smooth and comfortable journey awaits you. Here's what you need to know to connect with us easily: 1. Meeting Point: After Going through Customs, Collecting your luggage, clearing the Agriculture Check and are outside of the airport please proceed STRAIGHT FORWARD to the umbrella pickup area. **IMPORTANT NOTE: For up to 6 travelers you will be meeting at UMBRELLA #10. However for larger groups of 7+ travelers you will be meeting at UMBRELLAS #3 and #4. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO MEET YOUR CHAUFFEUR) Your Chauffeur will have the lead travelers name on a Paper or an iPad 2. Important NOTE: After clearing customs, you will proceed through a set of glass doors. Within this corridor there will be TIMESHARE and other SALES PEOPLE. You are NOT obligated to stop unless you would like information regarding timeshares. 3. Identification: Our chauffeur will be waiting for you there. You will recognize him by the sign he will be holding, which will have your name along with the Baja Sur VIP company information clearly displayed. This makes it easy for you to spot your designated driver. 4. Destination: We will ensure a comfortable drive from the airport to your specified destination, whether it be a hotel, resort, or villa in Cabo San Lucas or San Jose. 5. Vehicle Comfort: Enjoy a relaxing ride in our climate-controlled vehicles, equipped with complimentary beverages for your refreshment. They were late picking up - said they had car trouble and lots of delayed flights. They did communicate well with us and once the driver arrived it went well. I was going to book them for our return trip to the airport but now I’m concerned that if they have issues we could miss our flight 😞

We used Premier Airport Shuttle Service for both our arrival transfer to the resort and our return trip to the airport, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Communication was seamless throughout the entire process. We received clear instructions in advance, and everything was well organized and easy to follow. Both drivers were punctual, professional, and made our transportation completely stress-free.

My experience was wonderful for being a first time customer. My transportation had a last minute change and the ease of getting transportation resolved was instant! Very much appreciated the driver was very knowledgeable and helpful and informative. I became aware that Uber is not allowed in Mexican airports and that only drivers with a federal license plates can transport passengers.
Highly recommend travelers be informed of any changes.

Thank you fo the review! Im so sorry about the Costco stop. If you read in the description, COSTCO is not included with your booking through a 3rd aprty company. Im so sorry! When you want to stop at Costco I must send the chauffeur with our Costco card and we only offer this service when booking direct. I hope you still a had a great vacation!

Never disappoints. Is at the airport with your name clearly on a sign. Has cold beverages on board including beer. Stops at a grocery store so you can stock up on provisions. Just the best!

We made a booking for 10 people and ended up waiting for almost an hour. We followed the instructions provided and went directly to Umbrella 10, as directed. Despite being exactly where we were told to be, no one showed up. I was traveling with four children, which made the situation even more difficult and stressful.
This was by far the worst experience of our trip. I would not recommend booking with this company to anyone. We made the reservation through Viator, and we are extremely disappointed with how it was handled.

The ride was great Jesus was great, but getting back to the airport was a problem, I paid for a round trip transfer and they played like they don’t offer that, just to get more money, I wouldn’t recommend this company

Hello and Good Morning. Its very unfortunate that you feel this way as we would NEVER do what you stated above. Your booking ad states is MULTPILE areas that Round Trip Transportation in not included and all Services are "EACH WAY / ONE WAY". You even sent me a photo stating that the confirmation email sent to you said it was round trip when in fact the photo you sent clearly showed that "Round Trip" was and EXCLUSION and had a Red "X" next to it.
I truly wish there was enough time in the day for me to assist every traveler that books with their reading comprehension however our entire team is busy making sure that 99.9% of our 5 Star clients are treated like family and get the 5 star VIP service that they deserve.
We will continue to do a great job every day and my advise to you is in the future when you are booking any type of service from a 3rd party platform you should take a peek at the "service description" as well as what is "included or excluded" so you know what you are purchasing. If you are confused just ask someone so you do not find yourself leaving 1 star reviews because of your own mistakes and/or confusion.
None the less we hope that you arrived home safely and had an amazing vacation in Cabo. Take care.

First time in cabo. Of course I was a bit worried about our pickup and drop-off. Mike sent me a text 2 days before to set my mind at ease. Received another text when we arrived at the airport. Mike was waiting for us and I knew I was in good hands. We talked and talked all the way to San Lucas. Very informative! This helped with our whole trip. Pickup from the hotel was just as good. Pablo was early and again filled us with information. Drop off was easy peasy. I will be using these guys again for sure.. you should too. Highly recommend.

We asked the question if this was from pick up and departure from airport and filled out booking for pick up and departure. He told us this was for each way transportation. Never explained what each way meant to him. Long story short just because he didn’t say round trip meant that it wasnt going to be a ride back to the airport once our trip was over. That being said , this was an over priced uber. Uber are much cheaper , only alcohol they had was corona and no one like corona. Misleading information and not impressed.

I am very sorry that you feel this way. However, I am thankful we have over 130 (5 star) reviews combined with all our ads with extremely satisfied clients from all over the World. They are all treated as extended families, as you can read within the reviews.
1. Our ad clearly states in the "EXCLUDED SECTION" that all services are EACH WAY and ROUND TRIP is not included for this package. The reason for this is because our clients need a variety of services depending on their specific situation. Obviously, we can only set 1 price within an ad on VIATOR. Some clients need ARRIVALS ONLY and others need DEPARTURES ONLY. (Which is the same cost). However Round Trip would not be as it’s about a 45-60+ minute "each way" from SJD airport to Cabo San Lucas.
2. There is also a section where you can request your preferred choice of beverage and even a PREMIUM MENU OPTION if requested.
3. I also personally TEXT MESSAGED you that if you wanted a ROUNT TRIP that you could find that with TAXI services or AIRPORT SHUTTLES as our services are provided in Luxury Vehicles and not TAXI VANS or UBER VEHICLES.
But let’s be super honest and clear here as you failed to mention the most important part of your service request…
4. When I personally called you on the phone you mentioned that your "SISTER” was arriving on a different flight out of Tijuana because the flights were cheaper than flying out of the USA. This was not mentioned at any point until we were ON SITE. This process is typically NOT ALLOWED from the Mexico Airport as the terminals have different security parameters because one is Domestic and the other is INTERNATIONAL. However, we still accommodated you and your sister because of our great relations with the airport. My drivers waited over an hour, drove to a completely separate terminal, picked up your sister’s group and then returned to the international terminal to pick you up afterwards so you could CAR POOL together and "Save Money". Side Note: It took so long while waiting for your sister flight to arrive that my driver mistakenly drained the battery in a 2023 Cadillac Escalade listening to the radio while both of my drivers waited patiently for almost 2 hours and had to Jump Start the Escalade. All to provide an ‘Overpriced UBER Service” as you mentioned above.
Regardless of the situation, as the owner, I regret that ANY CLIENTS are not satisfied as we take pride and work hard every day to provide the best service possible. It’s messages like this that give us an opportunity to re-evaluate all situations to see how we can do better, and that we will certainly do. So, thank you for our first 2-star review in over 2 years of business. I completely understand that we will never be able to satisfy every customer.
My advice to you is maybe next time read your booking Ad "completely" or like you stated above, just take an UBER and save the $50 to buy yourself something nice. Take care and safe travels!

However the distance from the airport to the resort requires more fuel in our vehicles than a small taxi car, minivan or an airport passenger van.
