Unfortunately there was an accident on the road and we could not arrive but the refund was immediate. And you were offered a new schedule but you didn't accept.

Viator advertised this as $66 per person,but when we got to the check-in kiosk, he tackled on an extra $50 per person $25 was for the “optional insurance “, which turned out to be not so optional. The other $25 were to enter the park, which was not disclosed in the description. The guy at the checkin was super evasive with my questions and was trying to confuse me. He kept speaking English even though I was speaking to him in spanish so that it was easier for him to explain. Do not come here or call ahead for all hidden fees.

Dear user, in our product description it is clearly written the entrance to the park is $25 per person and collision insurance is optional as anywhere in the world. Our rules are written in the description. If you didn't read in advance, we are not responsible. In addition, we have no record that you have visited us. We believe that you are someone who is only looking to affect our business.

Check in took way too long to already have reservations. I understand having to sign the wavier. But having to read into a microphone about not paying for extra insurance??? Come on!!

Dear user, thank you for your comments. We have already enlarged and remodeled the check-in area for your best comfort. And do you comment on the collision insurance? when you make the reservation just below where it says that it is not included. It clearly says that at check-in you will be offered collision insurance just like when you rent a car in any city in the world. And our collision insurance is totally optional.

Cool views. The process took longer to get your ATV more than the actual experience. Only 30 minutes of driving the atvs for 80 bucks was not worth it. Didn’t even get to go full speed with it following the tour guide. Not only that one of the people in our group got stuck and we had to wait 15 minutes for them to get out. I would recommend the other ATV company on viator.

Dear customers, we have read your comment. Please let me respond. The distance stated on the Atv route is 18 miles, which at an average speed can be performed in at least an hour and a half. Under no circumstances does the route change or decrease, which does not allow to be completed in 30 minutes. Then the speed. Cactus Tour is responsible for tourists and according to the rules taking into account the different length of service and the experience in managing the ATV guests, adheres to the recommended speed. In the reception of the park, It is possible to upgrade to a private tour where you can drive on your own speed but always following a tour guide. I hope that this information will be useful to you. In future, in case of any questions during the tour, you can contact us so that we can resolve the situation and your impressions of the tour are excluded in a positive way.
