- At the time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at the time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
- Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
- Participants must be at least 6 years old. Max. weight on tandem kayaks is 195kg/425lbs.
- The price per person is the same for both children and adults.
- Departure Time 9 a.m. available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
- Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time.
- As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind and jellyfish.
- Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No show or last minute cancellation will be charged in full. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

The excursion was amazing but Carlos made it phenomenal!! We were so lucky to have him as our guide. He went the extra mile over and over to make sure we got the experience we wanted and kept us safe in the water.

What a fun way to Kayak and snorkel around some great beaches and rock formations in the area! Marco and his crew were excellent with our care. We started all events from the beach. Since the water was cool, they got us wet suits and of course, kayaks, snorkels, and fins. They even picked us up at our hotel. We went to two lovely beaches. They were especially attentive to my partially blind husband which was very reassuring. I am thankful we went on this tour.

Beautiful sunny day and super fun snorkling and kayaking in gorgeous Santa Maria Bay. I had 2 really nice knowledgeable guides all to myself who were very attendant, patient and helpful whenever needed. Really interesting underwater topography to snorkle in with lots of colorful fish. Had so much fun we decided to stay there rather then go to Chelano Bay as well as I had already been there on an earlier trip. Overall a terrific day. I will definitely book another adventure with Viator again next year.

The best part about this experience was that the boats and other tour companies could not get as close as we could on our kayaks to the arch and the sea lions. The water for snorkeling was crystal clear and there was abundant sea life. Rock formations were beautiful. The water and the marina is a little choppy. Consider this if you get seasick. Our tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Maury & Javi we will see you next time!

Beautiful day kayaking to the snorkeling beach, spotting whales on the way. The snorkeling was fabulous with a wide variety of fish. Hotel pickup and drop off went smoothly. Would definitely recommend this excursion and would do it again

Paco and Miguel were great! They answered a lot of questions and were friendly and personable. It was too rough to kayak at playa Santa maria so we kayaked to los arcos and they snorkled at pelícanos. There wasnt much of a beach there sadly, but the kayaking was good. I was really looking forward to playa sta Maria and chilenos, but I'm glad I got to see a bit of los Cabos and los Arcos.

We had people in our party had not kayaked much and went through a rocky area that needed timing to get through. The couple ended up capsizing in a rocky area with waves and currents. Both had difficulty getting back on board and exhausted. We went back to cove. The area was difficult and probably the guide should not have taken us through there.
The guides were prompt picking us up. Very organized and personable.

Saw , up close and personal, several whales. We were able to get relatively close to them because we were not in a large noisy boat. Our guide, Michael, who was on a paddle board, was fun , a great guide, super friendly and informative (with perfect English). The snorkeling in Chileno Bay was amazing . We loved our experience and plan to repeat it when we return.

We really enjoyed out experience with High Tide. The kayaking was very enjoyable and was not too difficult to get from one point to the other, took us about 40 minutes. Snorkeling was also a blast. Our guide took us out and showed us lots of cool things while snorkeling. I always felt safe and the guides were very knowledgeable! I highly recommend. You get your money's worth!

Had a great time on this excursion! Maury and his partner (forgot his name) we’re great guides! They spend time fully explaining the process and risks and ensured we had a safe and fun time. They didn’t rush us through the tour and it was the perfect amount of time split between the kayaks and the snorkeling. Would absolutely do it again!

This was super fun! Bryan and Louis were great guides. They were very sweet and friendly and made sure everyone had a good time. We kyaked about a mile and a half from Maria Beach to Chilino beach. As first time kyaker it was quite a workout but the views were well worth it. Once at the Chilino beach we snorkeled around for about an hour and saw a huge amount of all kinds of fish. I highly recommend this as a snorkeling spot and this tour as a must do.

This trip was perfect! We wanted to snorkle but not necessarily from a boat because some in our group get seasick. We kayaked about 45 mins and saw a bunch of sea life - then headed for a beach and snorkeled in a small cove from shore. Paco and the other man (sorry - cannot remember his name...) were so awesome! They made it so interesting for us. The main guide told us about the ocean life we were seeing and the landscape, and Paco showed us where some trumpet fish and other cool sea life were hiding. Very professional, picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off, and everyone had a blast!

My family of 7 had such a great time with Alan and Nacho. They always made sure our belongings were safe. Alan was super personable, patient, and welcoming! We loved hearing his crazy stories of his life in the water. Kayaking was so nice being out in the ocean and while giving us a bit of arm workout. Snorkeling was amazing experience, seeing all different colored fish swimming near us.

My daughter and I had such a good time kayaking with our great guides. Safety was important to them. We were able to snorkel but visibility wasn’t great because of the windy day. Still, a fun time was had. Highly recommend!

What an excellent tour! We really enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling very much. Maury pointed out sea turtles and David showed us the fish and a sea snake. It was a beautiful trip! I recommend dong the kayak and snorkel as opposed to just snorkeling. Our group was half and half and it was a long time to be just snorkeling.
I much preferred the two bays over Los Arcos - fewer people and loved walking in for snorkeling.

The tour guides were fantastic! They picked us up from the hotel on time and drove us to the beach. We had a great time! Marcos and Michael were extremely friendly and helpful. The views were wonderful. We were able to see turtles in the ocean while kayaking. I like that we took a break to have some water and reapply sunscreen. Marcos paddled with us while kayaking and Michael met us at the meeting point with more water and snacks. Once we got to the beach we cooled down, and Michael went snorkeling with us. I love that they provided life jackets, so I felt safe. My only caveat is to be prepared for kayaking for some time while in the sun. I don’t have the best upper body strength, so I struggled a little. Other than that tons of fun.

This was a fun, easy kayak ride from Playa Santa Maria to Playa Chileno. Our guides were super personable, and the snorkeling was good at Playa Chileno. I would have liked having a longer kayak ride, but other than that it was altogether a really nice outing!

The "glass bottom" wasn't really a glass bottom and you couldn't really see anything through it, or at least we never were able to. It was a beautiful view as we went from one bay to the other. The snorkeling didn't go very well for us as my husband is not a swimmer and being in the ocean freaked him out, so he stayed by the shore. I snorkeled a little bit and saw a lot of fish, but we stayed fairly close to the shore, not sure if that was because it was just me or if that was where we would have stayed anyway.

Snorkel depends on many things as wind, time of the day swells, etc because of this the location can be different every day, the guides will take you to the spot where you will see lots of fish, so according to your review that is what they did.
Glass bottom does not work if there is swell or wind, it has to be very good visibility so you see true.

Our group of 4, ranging in age from 24 to 60, enjoyed our combo kayaking/snorkeling experience. We were picked up at our airbnb and driven to the lovely Santa Maria beach, where the first leg of our experience began. Ivan & Andros were very patient and personable, reviewing the mechanics of kayaking before helping us push off. Andros accompanied us in a separate kayak, ensuring that we were safe and not havng any issues. Ivan met us at Chileno Beach about 30 minutes later, and we had about 45 minutes to snorkel. We saw many colorful fish & coral, including a puffer fish!

Alex and his helper (Luis?) were extremely gracious, helpful, and courteous. They were always near by to see that we were safe and having fun. Their primary concern was that we all felt comfortable and had a good time. The water was a bit choppy the day we went kayaking so Adam gave us the choice of spending less time doing that and more time snorkeling. I felt the snorkeling at Chileno Beach was the best of 3 beaches I have snorkeled at in Cabo. I would definitely recommend using the services of this company.

2 bay kayak and snorkel tour is a great tour!! Almost all year round you can see tons of multicolor fishes, some times snorkel can be better at chileno or santa maria and that depends on the direction of the wind!! guides will always suggest what is better for you according with water conditions!!

This excursion was incredible! We were in Cabo from a cruise ship and met at a meeting point close to where the cruise ship let us off. We were picked up in a van and transported to a beach where we got into the kayaks and paddled out a little way for our guide to make sure we were capable of paddling the 2 miles to another beach. The wind was a bit strong but we were able to paddle with no issues. The guide stayed with us on a paddle board and took photos of us on his go pro which was so awesome! After paddling to the next beach, we were given snorkeling gear and instructions. There were plenty of fish to see and we were even able to feed the fish some granola out of our hands. I would definitely book this excursion again! The pictures they sent us were priceless!
