We had such a great experience. From communication before our trip all the way to the end. They were extremely flexible and even accommodated our request to take a later shuttle back, so that we can check out Cabo San Lucas. Shout out to Chris, Ignacio and everyone that assisted us. We got some awesome photos and videos to remember the trip

My babe never been jetsking before and surprised her with it. Team was accommodating and provided transportation back and forth! Highly recommend.
Great experience and wonderful people who run the beach side. Very friendly and helpful also crazy close to the resort we are at (villa del palmar)
They spend so much time trying to upsell you and scare you into buying their insurance package. It was very annoying. Then they charged a ridiculous price for the footage of the group that we did with a flying drone. The jet skis themselves work well and you are allotted the time as advertised. We did not take the package and just made sure everybody jet skied far away from each other.
Great experience should definitely try it out, the people were really nice and make you feel right at home.
Pick up and drop off was simple, we did a 30min experience and it was plenty of time on the jet skis
Pickup was convenient at the cruise terminal in Cabo, instructions were easy to follow. Thankfully did not experience any of the insurance/damage claims others mentioned, staff was very friendly.

This was hands-down one of the worst and most infuriating experiences we've ever had with a tour company. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They made several body-shaming and racist remarks — clearly directed at us for being Black — and spoke about us in Spanish, assuming we wouldn’t understand. Unfortunately for them, we did. It was disgusting and degrading.
After the tour, they pulled a scam we now believe they’ve done to others before: accusing us of causing a tiny, scratch on one of the jet skis. They demanded $600 for the "damage" without any real discussion or evidence. We do not believe we caused that damage. Honestly, it felt like they either tampered with it or just wait for people they can target and shake down. It was a setup.
The entire operation was shady from start to finish. Between the racist treatment, the body-shaming, and the obvious scam, this company should not be in business. If you’re considering a jet ski tour, do not trust this place. They rely on intimidation, prejudice, and dishonesty to make extra money off tourists.
Steer clear. This was a disgusting experience and they should be held accountable.

After reading the review it seems like you declined the insurance for the jetski… I highly recommend for any activity you do, anywhere you go, to just purchase insurance for any rental vehicle… as for the racial comments that happened can you please contact me at the following number +52 624 122 9488 so i can follow up on this… thanks again for your comment and we will make sure that doesn’t happen again with any of our future Customers…
The excursion was very fun. The only complaint was my driver wasn't available until 45 minutes after my excursion therefore, I walked back to the resort.
It was a great way to spend half a day. We did the 30 min experience. Just make sure you know that the insurance is not included in the price. The round trip transportation was great!
It was my first time on a jet ski and the tram made me feel so comfortable! Diego has a great sense of humor. I would recommend and everytime I come back I will use their services
My recent jet ski experience in Cabo on Saturday was extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about this company’s professionalism and customer service practices.
Upon arrival, we were informed by the manager that we would need to wait approximately 30 minutes because another group was still using the jet skis. That was understandable, and during that time, we completed the required waiver and were offered insurance, which we declined as this was not our first time participating in this activity.
When it was time to head out, the manager simply pointed at the jet skis for our group of eight to use—there was no formal check-out process or inspection of the equipment from the previous riders. No walk-around, no documentation of the condition of the machines. We were just sent on our way.
After completing our 30-minute ride, I returned to find several staff members gathered around a jet ski, claiming there was damage. Upon inspection, the “damage” appeared to be a surface-level scuff—something that could easily be removed with a towel or buffer. Nonetheless, they claimed it would cost $800, then later reduced it to $500.
What’s most frustrating is that a member of our group had filmed their entire ride, and the video clearly showed no impact or damage occurred during their use. Moreover, the crack they were referencing was visibly present before he got on the jet ski. Despite this, the staff insisted on charging us, citing the ski would be out of commission for five days. However, within 30 minutes, the same jet ski was back in use—a clear contradiction.
This situation felt unprofessional and, frankly, like a scheme to extract money from customers. We left feeling taken advantage of, and $500 lighter over a baseless claim.

Hi, sorry about what happened, to avoid any future problems with any rental company i always recommend you purchase the insurance… before we give you the jetski, we take a video of the jetski you rent… now you mention there was somebody in your group filming the whole experience… most accidents weve seen is when people do what you said… to avoid that… there is a photographer and somebody filming you with a drone… again i am sorry about your experience and we tried to be as flexible as we could with you and your group…

They were friendly and the jet skis were excellent
My friends and me went on a friends trip and set up our reservation for Sunday (5.18).
We had a great time on jet skis but the end was very horrible and unprofessional. My friend returned his jet ski, then hopped on another workers jet ski to return to shore. The worker sped up on the shore causing my friend to fall off on his back.
When walking back, my friend realized that he had his $300 prescription glasses on and it got washed in the water. It was too late.
We told the workers, someone asked how much it cost, and that was it. No compensation, refund or anything. We spent $450 as a group and after the incident, I wouldn’t recommend.
