I was very surprised how everything just worked out with finding the spot and getting signed up. The beach was real crowded but the company made sure we started on time. Another great thing is they took my son and and a family friend out to the arch and took some great photos. I will be going out again while we are here for 2 weeks. Great time I recommend to all who wants to play out in the bay. Thank you.

Avoid Viator and this scamming rude operator

Don’t trust the jetskid . They breakdown. Ours did. We had back to back appointments and were leaving for our home the best day . So we couldn’t reschedule. Very rude operator. I had to walk almost a mile from the place the jetski broke down to this tent where the shady operator stood demanding we take the next jet ski . I asked for water as it was a 80F weather and we had walked bare feet tin the hot scorching sand :.. he said he is fine with taking the payment but we cannot expect any basic courtesy of water similar to other vendors. Also it wa really sketchy that He wanted to have physical possession of my credit card as their machine was not working . When I was reluctant he said he has a camera .. which was in fact the nearby hotels camera and he did not have access to their security system . Scammers .. I froze my card and gave it to him . …. If you are a jet ski technician then please check .. but it’s is best to go to the beach and talk to the vendors and get a better rate. Don’t expect viator to offer a customer service . They are just a broker. I am sure there will be a nasty response parroting what happened and issuing fake apologies. Save your money . I am off viator for life !

A fun ride

I recommend the experience! I have jet skied before but it’s the scenery here that sets it apart. There was barely any other jet skis out while we were in the ocean which made it somewhat private experience - the whole ocean to ourselves. I will say it is a bit of expensive if you want the photos. It’s $25 for one photo or $50 for them all.

I had a wonderful time jet skiing along Medano Beach. Breathtaking views!!! Excellent jet ski equipment. Photos turned out great!!! Convenient meeting location on the beach. A must do in Cabo!
