Our guide was good and knew a lot to tell. But it is during the day a lot of driving and for the price you have to pay low content.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt the tour had low content, though we’d like to clarify an important aspect. You were staying at a camping site far outside of Bucharest, and although our pickup policy applies only to locations within the city, we made an exception in your case. As a result, we spent about an hour and a half just on pickup and drop-off, which significantly reduced the time available for the actual tour content. We did this in good faith, trying to be helpful and accommodating, even though it was not part of our standard service. It’s unfortunate that this effort translated into a negative review. We always strive to offer high-quality experiences, and we hope that, despite the logistical challenges, the guide’s knowledge and the historical insights provided added value to your day.
