Very small, old car. Dirty. Window didn’t work. Driver was silent the entire ride. Disappointing for the amount paid. Expected higher quality.

Hi! This is Marius regarding the transfer from Giurgiu Port the other day. We have received your review and thank you for sharing your experience. It falls however below our usual standards and we were very surprised of such situation. We have therefore launched an investigation and we w would kindly ask to reconfirm some of the findings. The driver informed us that the car was an SUV type Dacia Duster as in the photo below. He was equally surprised of your comments he said because upon hotel arrival you have expressed gratitude and also left him a tip. Does this correspond to the actual situation? We feel there may have been some misunderstanding for leaving the review to our service, instead of perhaps another used by yourself during your trip. I look forward to your kind reply. Driver arrived on time. He helped with all our luggage and was very pleasant. It was a nice ride and we made very good time. It was a stress free event and a very difficult flight. Would highly recommend folks to use this service to get to the port. He provided bottle water for us also.
