It was nice to have a private tour and to have all entry tickets provided. That made it a better experience.

The main attraction is obviously Bran, or Dracula's Castle but Peles Castle is one of the most beautiful castles I have ever seen and I have seen many on my travels throughout Europe.
Also, our guide Gabriel is a literal Wikipedia of knowledge and not just about the castles. His knowledge of the country and area was such an educational experience for us and was also a highlight.
The only negative was road construction on the only road from Peles to Bran and those 30 miles took us 3 hours. As a result we had to skip the portion that went to Brasov which was unfortunate.
Regardless of that, it was a great day seeing two very different castles, the gorgeous Romania countryside and the mystical Carpathian mountains.

Guide (Tudor) was font of information about Romanian royals—not as much info as I would have liked about Dracula and early castle history. Driver was great! Lots of traffic meant we got back 2-1/2 hours late (14+ hour day). Big crowds everywhere.

From Snagov to Sinaia monasteries to Romanian Chocolate, then Transylvanian’s Pelesto and Bran castles, ending with Brasov and a Romanian restaurant, our day was perfect!! Dan & Marios were a delight, informative, and we’d recommend this dynamic duo to one and all!!

Had a wonderful Tour with Kockar and Christian! They were very accommodating and courteous. Kockar was extremely knowledgable and gave a wonderful and rich history of every site we visited. Even though there was a lot of time in the car, the conversation was interesting and I learned so much about the rich and storied history of Romania. The food was incredible and weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to get a good feel for Romanian history and see the countryside.

If you like mountains, history and gorgeous scenery this is your tour. Do not hesitate even if you have little kids, everyone will be smitten by the adventure on this route. Our guide Alin was absolutely outstanding, he went out of his way to accommodate us and show us the best of what this tour had to offer. Amazing and very caring! We came here knowing nothing about this country, but we love Romania now!
