A great thing to do if you're travelling solo, or just want to get a taste of Bilbao. The group was small and pleasant company. Our lovely guide Usoa was knowledgeable about both the food and wine, and the history of the city and the Basque people. The restaurants we visited were all very different and the food tasty. Usoa sent us info about the restaurantsand wines later. I highly recommend this tour.

Totally enjoyed our experiences with the "guide" who we preferred to acknowledge as a companion who educated us about Basque history and food cuisine. Not only was she knowledgeable, but her English was wonderful, and all of the food establishments that we visited knew her. Because there were only my spouse and myself, she was able to tailor our experiences to our time frame, needs, and preferences. Tackling enjoying food for the remainder of tour during many days thereafter in Bilbao and San Sebastian was made so very much easier because of her
Our tour guide was wonderful. She really immersed us in the basque culture with teaching us the language and the history of the people. The food and drink choices were fantastic. I’d highly recommend!

This was a wonderful experience! The group was small, so we all got to know one another. And our guide, Usoa, was lovely! She shared information on the history of the city and region as well as details about the food and culture. There was plenty of food to try and really nice pairings with local wines and cider. I highly recommend this tour!

Perfect tour with a lot of food
Usoa, our most knowledgeable and friendly guide, conducted a delightful, interesting and “fulfilling” Basque-themed culinary tour through beautiful Bilbao. In the course of visiting several cafes for food and drink, we had a walking tour of the vibrant Bilbao city center and Old Town, while Usoa spoke of the local history, culture and language of Bilbao and the Basque people. This was a rewarding experience.
Traveling solo, this tour gave me the opportunity to go to multiple bars in town, learn some history along the way and have a great time with others in the group. Our guide Usoa was wonderful- she is invested in her community and was able to share her knowledge with the rest of us.

We had a fantastic time with Usoa! She took all our differing tastes into consideration when making recommendations for drinks and pintxos to try. Her knowledge of the city and its history was incorporated into our experience, however the best part was the atmosphere she created. She made it feel like we were just catching up with an old friend.
This was a terrific experience. Our guide - Usoa - is a delightful person to spend time with. She introduced us to many interesting pintxos, wines and other beverages. The itinerary was well conceived, and we enjoyed every minute.

The Pintxos are fairly unique to this region and there are so many, it was an excellent way to visit several different places & try several different bites!!

This was a phenomenal experience! Usoa was a great guide who really enjoys talking with people and sharing the culture of Bilbao. The food was absolutely fantastic (even as a somewhat picky eater), and quite varied. We had a great time wandering around the city, talking about its history and changes over the years. A really nice way to meet other travelers and share in learning about the culture of Bilbao!
My guide Osua was very knowledgeable about the food and wine we tasted. Her knowledge of the various places to eat good food was excellent. She was a fun & entertaining guide

The types of pintxos and complementary drinks were a good mix as was the group. Our guide Usea (sp?) was amazing. Her knowledge of the cuisine and Bilbao made for a wonderful evening! ¡Muchas gracias!

Our Pintxos walkingbtour with Unis(spelling?) was fabulous! It was just the 2 of us joining a group. She was enthusiastic, on time, knowledgeable and very easy to understand. Our group of 8 had lively conversations and laughter The bars we went to were all different and the choice of Pintox were extraordinary! Such diverse tastes and textures. The wine choices suited each pintxo! I would highly recommend this tour.
