The building was AMAZING! When we went in to drop off our coats, the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, by the end of the day, they literally THREW our coats at us! They could not wait till we visitors had gone! This was in February... I'd hate to deal with them in the busy Summer Season!

The Viator experience was not good. Didn't receive QR codes so couldn't get entry ticket at museum. Had to contact Viator and after a wait eventually got through to someone who arranged for the QR codes to be emailed to me. The museum was incredible- quite eye opening. The one issue we had is that we didn’t have tickets in advance, only a voucher and the woman at the help desk said we must have the ticket. We were frazzled and frustrated and combed through our emails back 6 months since our purchase. Luckily, a new woman at the help desk arrived and found our names and printed the tickets for us in moments.

This is an amazing museum in a beautiful city. We were able to find great parking just down the street and enjoyed a lovely lunch before spending 3 hours inside the museum and an hour outside walking around the building which is a must.
