Today was truely exceptional! Our personal tour guide who had lived most of her life in Bilbao was knowledgeable on all things Spanish. We learnt so much about life here, the food, culture and what makes it such a liveable city. Going over and above in everything, we were simply delighted with our day. I was in the right place I asked several store owners and a cafe . I was there at 11:00 am tour was at 11:30 am. No tour guide showed up by 11:40 am so I flagged a taxi and left back to my cruise ship. To get to this tour I rode a bus the. Couldn’t find a taxi so I walked two miles. Im 64 with a broken foot bone so this added extra stress .

That's not true. At 11:30, we were waiting at the main entrance to the Arriaga Theater, which is in the same square and 10 meters across from the church, a taxi stand. I think you mistakenly went to Plaza Euskadi, according to the taxi company. After 15 minutes, we contacted you both via email on the platform and via the phone number you had provided. This is the first time in 10 years that something like this has happened to us.
