Fantastic wine tours. We had 8 glasses of wine to taste and another glass with lunch. The second family run winery was in fact the best in terms of tasting but tour at Riscal was really informative.
Our guide Arate was the most charming, polite and friendly guide. She also treated to famous pastries including local delicious cheese cake from Rioja!
We really enjoyed our tours and would highly recommend this! Thank you!

Fantastic wine tours. We had 8 glasses of wine to taste and another glass with lunch. The second family run winery was in fact the best in terms of tasting but tour at Riscal was really informative.

Marina was an outstanding guide. she was friendly, very knowledgeable about the region we were exploring, and a very good driver. We truly enjoyed learning about the architecture relating to the wineries we visited and the tours and tasting experiences that were offered. This is one of our favorite tours that we have taken in Spain!

It is a full day, very educational about wine.
A lot of standing and listening. Interesting contrast of methods of making wine. Architecture was a secondary issue, but our primary interest. Bad acoustics in one winery.

This was quite possibly the highlight of our trip to Spain! Marina was our tour guide and she elevated the experience from a 10/10 to a 15/10!
We saw the beautiful countryside, tasted amazing wines, sampled delicious food, and saw breathtaking architecture. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was worth every penny.

This vineyard tour of Marqués de Riscal and Ysios was a true highlight of my sister and I's trip! Both wineries were absolutely stunning—Marqués de Riscal with its iconic architecture and deep history, and Ysios with its modern design and breathtaking mountain backdrop. The wine tastings were well-organized and informative, giving a great contrast between tradition and innovation in Rioja winemaking.
Our guide Marina was incredible! She was very knowledgeable about the region. What really stood out, though, was the personal attention. I'm a very picky eater, and the guide went out of her way to make sure there were pintxos I could enjoy during lunch. That kind of thoughtfulness made the whole experience feel even more special.
The pacing of the day was perfect: unhurried but never boring. Highly recommend this tour if you're looking for a blend of culture, wine, and personalized service!

Wonderful tour of a small part of Rioja- the best part according to our exceptional guide Marina. The drive is through beautiful country in a comfortable van with great explanations of the area’s history, culture and cuisine. The tour of Marques de Riscal is informative and the tasting is wonderful. Also completely enjoyed the 2nd smaller vineyard with an interesting history and again a great wine tasting with nibbles. Completed the tour with a pintxos lunch and more wine followed by a gentle walk around the village of La Guardia. Overall a great way to spend the day.

Very well organized, learned almost everything on wine making in both traditional and modern ways, the wine tasting section was great and our guide Marina even better. We did not get tired, we never felt uncomfortable and lunch was local and extremely good.

The van was very clean and comfortable. The first winery tour was longer than we had expected but very informative. The wineries has great wine and marina was very nice!

The Rioja Wine and Architecture tour was fantastic! We were a group of seven international people in a comfortable van.
Our tour guide, Marina, was very friendly and highly knowledgeable about Rioja wines.
We visited the wineries Marqués de Riscal and Luis Cañas, where we enjoyed guided tours, tastings, and even a delightful lunch.
Ysios was unfortunately closed but we had a photo stop there as well
Every aspect of the tour was thoroughly enjoyable, and we can highly recommend it!

Marina was a most excellent guide who made the drive fly by with her efficient manner, her extensive knowledge of the region and her cheerful disposition. The vineyards were beautiful with good tours. We enjoyed the wine but I think the beauty surrounding us all day was the real star.

Great tour to Rioja wineries with interesting architecture. Our guide Marina did a great job, everything well organised, good communication before the trip. And when we started the tour she explained a lot about the wine region and tried to get everyone involved. When we got back to Bilbao, all participants were good friends and happy with the experience.

We had a lovely time on our tour with Marina. The highlight was the tour and wine tasting at Ysios. We also got to have pintxos and walk through a beautiful old town which was an unexpected treat. Highly recommend this tour.

What a wonderful day! Marina and Jon did a wonderful job showing us the Rioja region, its history, wineries rich with character and charm, and the lovely village we enjoyed lunch and a stroll in. I would undoubtedly take the tour again, if even just to spend the afternoon with our tour guides again!

Really great tour. We were picked up by Sara who was friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area and wine! Beautiful scenery on the way to the wineries. The tours were very interesting and the tastings were great - very generous glasses of wine!! Both the wineries are beautiful (I preferred Ysios - amazing building). The tour round Lagaurdia was interesting and we had an enjoyable lunch there.

Most memorable aspect of our tour was John - our guide! John shared his knowledge of wine, the Basque Country and cultural history of the region. Loved the architecture of the two wineries , superb pintos lunch in Logrono walled village. Highly recommend.
