The bus tour portion of the tour ends in Hamilton City, and you will be given ferry tickets to make your way back to the CruiseShip pier at your leisure in Dockyard and this completes the 3.5-hour tour of the island.

On ship arrival dates the tour departs 30 to 45 minutes after the ship's arrival in port and for next day tours the tour departs 8:30AM

Very nice trip! Tour guide Kai kept us well informed regarding each of the attraction. He gave us adequate time to tour each attraction. Overall was a very nice trip! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good day trip in Bermuda

Good bus tour

Small group bus tour visiting Gibbs lighthouse, Horseshoe beach( just a glance), Warwick Long Bay beach which was gorgeous. We were greeted by cute wild hen with her chicks. Our guide David then drove us to Hamilton where we had 1 hr free time. He was very nice and interesting. The tour description said we were supposed to be given ferry tickets from Hamilton back to ship but we were driven instead. This was good because we heard from other passengers later they had been waiting in line for ferry and worried about missing the Celebrity Ascent All aboard time! So we are happy…

We had a full tour of Bermuda island and the tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable of everything including all the places we visited. He was very helpful and friendly to us. The best thing he brought us back to our cruise ship. Thanks

Do not book with this company!! They cancelled our tour when we showed up to meet them with no advanced warning. Were told since no one else booked they weren’t going. Left us with the first morning of our vacation ruined.

Would not use Titan

Really disappointed! I booked a 3 and 1/2 hour tour. When I arrived at the meeting place I learn it’s now a 5 hour tour. I had made plans for my afternoon so a 5 hour tour would not work. Initially the representatives who met us said they’d do a refund. Shortly after the Titan representative offered a refund , the representative came to us and said they would accommodate us by giving us a shorten tour and give us tickets to take a ferry back to our starting point. At first this seemed like a good solution. However, it turned out to be an hour tour with us waiting another hour for the ferry that would bring us back to the starting point. The person doing the narrative while observing sights along the bus route seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Only 3 of the 4 in my group accepted the shorten tour. So in essence I paid for 4 people , three of us went on a one hour tour. It would have been nice if Titan had informed us prior to the meeting time that the tour had changed. That would have permitted me and my group to make a more thoughtful and informed decision.
