This was a good overview of Bermuda. Our guide, Jason, is very knowledgeable and polite. Sometimes it's the guide who makes it a good tour and Jason fits that category.

Kai was great! He was very Informative with personal touches. He really shows how much he loves his job and his love for Bermuda. We were a small group and he engaged with all of us. He gave us some great tips that we definitely used!

We had an amazing experience with Titan Tours and Jason! He was personable and informative without droning on! It was apparent he loves Bermuda and his enthusiasm was contagious! The tour gave a wonderful overview of the island and having the ferry tickets gave plenty of of time to explore and not feel rushed! Highly recommended!

If you have a limited amount of time this excursion is a great way to see the major points of interest on the island. Our guide was Jason who was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated well. If you have the chance I would highly recommend him.

Great fast tour of entire island with a great guide.
Only problem was the address to meet. It was Bike shop that had no info re the tour. Found bus with a phone call.

This was one of the best tours we have ever been on. Jason was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and friendly. His history of Bermuda was wonderful. There was no question he couldn't answere. Jason was very helpful to a few of the group that required assistance. He would go out of his way for anyone.

My ship cancelled stopping in Bermuda due to weather less than 24 hours before excursion I had no recourse on getting my money back

Our trip was modified due to the approaching tropical storm. Rather than having a ferry option, we rode the bus around the island. It was a long time to be on the bus, and the location where we stopped for lunch had limited options that were not very appealing. We saw much of the island, but I did not enjoy all of the time riding on a bus that was too cold and filled with a couple of people who were sick (coughing with no face covering).

Tour covers most of the island. Stops at a few spots for a few minutes. Time is allowed for lunch and shopping. Tour guide was knowledgeable and a great asset.

Brief stops along the way. Our bus driver and tour guide, Jason, was very informative and shared his knowledge of both historical and current events as we drove from beginning to end. I was very impressed with Jason and the Titan team. Organized and accommodating.

Our tour guide, Kai, was great! He was as accommodating as possible, and very knowledgeable about Bermuda.
The tour should not be advertised to have a “free scenic ferry ride”, if there’s no free ferry ride. Maybe someone didn’t get the memo.
Even without the free ferry ride, it was a good tour. The cost of the ferry ride was no big deal, but it was advertised with a free ferry ride.

Hello,
I don't think you have the correct tour, because we always show up on the pier, unless, there were issues beyond our control. The tour guides work for hard to ensure customers are received on the pier, in a timely manner. If you do not make the scheduled time, then and arrive too late, then the tour must depart to accommodate the other guests on tour.

Book it! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour with Kai (sp)! Meeting point off cruise ship was super easy finding the orange shirts Titan Tour rep and then escorted to the waiting minibus. The driver/tour guide, Kai, was especially informative and friendly with a great sense of humor. He accommodated everyone, yet kept the toru on time. Each of the stops was just the right amount time for photo and to explore a bit. This tour allowed us to see the islands through a Bermudan's eyes from the Royal Dockyard to St George's with tips for other opportunities during our stay.

Great day seeing all the beautiful island of Bermuda. Samual was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time to stop for pictures and we got to see many of the gorgeous beaches. He was very accommodating to a few people who needed to get back because their ship was leaving. We enjoyed the ferry ride back to the dockyard.

The tour is given by Titan Tours. This was in very tiny print at the bottom of the ticket making it very difficult to find when we got off the ship. We had to ask numerous people and walked back and forth at the dock trying to figure it out making for a stressful start to the journey. Our tour guide sounded like he was reciting a memorized speech without nuance. As we drove by the airport, he spent at least 10-15 minutes telling us all the airlines that flew into Bermuda and what cities from the US they came from. I also felt there was not enough time at most of the stops, especially St George's. We only had 30 minutes which was no time to see or do anything. I would choose a different tour if doing it again.

We took this tour during our cruise to Bermuda. The other people who had booked cancelled leaving only our family so it turned into a private tour. Our guide, Jason, was fantastic with a wealth of local knowledge of history and stories from his childhood. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore Bermuda and see many beautiful areas while also learning about the history of the island!!

We had an excellent guide! He loved to talk and told us about everything we passed. He was very knowledgeable! The stop at the beach was pleasantly surprising. Wormen(I think that is how to spell it) took extra care and spent a little more time so my husband could grab a bite to eat when his diabetes started acting up. He took very good care of us. This was a great experience and time well spent to see the islands of Bermuda!
