Just amazing! From start to finish and the tour person and bus driver was excellent. Honestly a 10/10. I wasn't sure how the experience would be. I was paranoid and uncertain about doing it. It was legit one of the best experiences I've ever had in my life... outside from having children. Thank you so much!

Our kids had a blast, and the staff was amazing! Super informative and the best excursion we have had as a family. I highly recommend!

The trip was more enjoyable than I expected, because the boat trip to get to where the corals are took us across really stunning vistas. The above-water tour guide Ed a great job telling us about the history of Bermuda, and the below-water guide was very knowledgeable about the sea life we viewed through the glass bottom. My only hesitation from giving it a perfect score was that the water was murkier than I expected, so the coral was harder to see.

Forrest and Sam were very knowledgeable yet it wasn't a dry presentation. Enjoyable fun. Best suited for ages 8-9 or above. The 6 year old on the tour with us didn't have the attention span.

So much fun! Beautiful scenery and very informative. Sammy and the Captain were wonderful hosts! Recommended!

Not worth the time and money. Only saw a few not so colorful fishes and they were always got disturbed and/or chased away by the loud noise and turbulent current generated by the motor of the ship.

The crew was fantastic! The “complementary” swizzle wasn’t complementary…not expensive but not complementary either.
Angela_F, Jun 2025
Awesome boat experience! The guides were knowledgeable about the island and we got to sea may types of fish and coral reef. Fun trip for children too!

Not as advertised. It was a lovely boat ride, but that’s it. The description advertised visiting the sea grasses where turtles hang out, that didn’t happen. The reef and ship wreck were completely underwhelming! An all in one stop with a few grey fish swimming around. We saw very little. The ship wreck was part of the reef. It was literally some wood sticking out of the water with a post marking it. You saw nothing else. A complimentary rum swizzle was advertised, but that was true not true either instead there was a cash bar. When we asked we were told there was a charge. Short Boat Ride would be a better description. Disappointed!

The whole tour took about 1 1/2 hours, but the real glass bottom experience lasts only 1/2 hour as it took 1/2 hour going there and 1/2 hour coming back.
Our tour guide/boat captain and his assistant were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Once we got there (near the site of the sunken HMS Vixen), the boat stopped, and we all went down to the lower deck for coral and fish viewing. The water was crystal clear, and we can see the bottom of the water. Beautiful coral and a variety of fishes.
One let down is that the viewing area is not a full glass bottom. Each small group of about 6 or 7 gathered around separate wells with individual glass panel so the viewing is not very wide. In addition, the tour guide would be explaining about some fish or coral seen on his panel and not ours, so we didn't follow his narrative fully.
It is still a worthwhile experience to see undersea life without getting wet in the water. However, it would be better if it was a one central glass panels where everyone can see and experience the same view.

Great experience & the best rum swizzles. You get to see the beautiful views and learn history of Bermuda.
STEVEN_D, May 2025
You only spend about 1/3 of the time looking through the glass bottom. We expected to see more fish and more colorful coral. The captain and crew were good for the sightseeing and explaining what we did s

The Captain and Slim were very informative about what marine life was under the boat. Very Friendly.
Enjoyable for All
STEVEN_L, Aug 2024
It was a nice relaxing cruise. The crew was very knowledgeable and friendly. There isn't much to see underwater besides coral until you get to the shipwreck, but then there are plenty of fish. The scenery above water is beautiful.

Sunny & Ryan were great tour guides! I’d recommend taking this tour! Sunny was funny and gave some interesting background information about the island. Ryan was knowledgeable about the underwater world. Overall, it was a great tour!
Robin_D, Jun 2024
It was really hard to see anything as the glass was filthy Would not do this again. The kids were bored and we didn’t appreciate the guides using foul language
Richard_G, Jun 2024
Nice experience, especially for youngsters. Very knowledgeable Captain and First Mate. Boat left on time and returned exactkly as scheduled, so it made it easy to stay on a tight touristy schedule.

The Bottom Boat Cruise was so nice, and the staff was so friendly and knowable. We all had so much fun.
Susan_M, Jun 2024
The boat ride was wonderful. We saw some interesting things, but the explanations of what we were seeing through the glass bottom left something to be desired.
Vanessa_B, Jun 2024
Guides were entertaining and knowledgeable. Interesting points about both under the water and on the shore.
Beth_R, Jun 2024
Great for adults and kids. We loved seeing the island and the coral/fish/shipwreck! Great guides too!
Chris_F, Jun 2024
I learned a lot about Bermuda from the narration on the way out to the site. I guess I was a little disappointed, although there’s nothing you could do about it, that the colors were so monotone. Also disappointed that I never really saw the shipwreck except for the part that was sticking out above the water. on the whole though it was a pleasant ride and I learned a lot about Bermuda and it’s environment.
