- Wheelchairs and Portable scooters are not allowed on tours! If the guests bring it, then any issues or damages, will be at the customer's risk and not the responsibility of the tourguides!

The van ride to get to The Crystal Caves is so informative. Learned a lot about the history of Bermuda and its current state. The Caves are absolutely stunning and like nothing you've seen before.

Freeman from Titan tours (the bus that took us) is an incredible guide - showed us so many great parts of the island. Crystal caves is an amazing place to see and the Swizzle Inn was a great spot to rest after.

We had CHUM as our tour guide and he was wonderfully informative and funny. Visiting the Crystal Caves is an easy and exciting activity. The Titan Tour representatives met us right off of our ship and directed us quickly to our minibus and guide. The price was affordable and appropriate.

We were greeted by Titan Tours as soon as we left the ship. They were very nice and professional. Freeman was our driver and he was an excellent guide. The bus was very comfortable and air conditioned which was a plus. The crystal caves were so beautiful and amazing and our cave guide Unico was so knowledgeable and funny. I highly recommend this tour.

After finally arriving at the correct meet up spot, the trip went well. Our driver Freeman provided a wealth of knowledge about the island history and its people. Unfortunately, the cave tour lasted less than 20 minutes. The majority of the time is spent sitting on the bus and looking out the window. Don’t get me wrong, the views are beautiful. This is definitely a tour more geared towards a less active population.

Arrived by cruise ship, Titan Tours was there waiting. The tour of Crystal Caves was neat but the drive to and from with Samuel as the tour guide was excellent. His knowledge of Bermuda and his delivery is what made the trip. Thank you Samuel! We would highly recommend Titan Tours for an excursion if visiting by cruise ship to Bermuda. We had a great time!

We had such a great time visiting the Crystal Caves. It was absolutely breathtaking. Our tour guide Freeman had the best customer service. He was so kind and patient. He was so knowledgeable about the island giving us so much information! Freeman made our excursion well worth it!
The staff that greeted us was so friendly and made the transfer to the shuttle so easy. 10/10! Highly recommend Titan Tours!

This tour was just lovely! Great tour of the island with lots of photo opportunities. It was wonderful to arrive at the caves, bypass the long line of people, and walk right in! We booked this tour for our first day in Bermuda, and it was a great way to become familiar with the area (and figure out where we wanted to go for our 2nd day there). Our guide, Samuel, was absolutely fabulous! He was friendly, engaging, and a wealth of knowledge about beautiful Bermuda! The minibus ride took about 75 minutes (each way) to and from the caves. We had about a dozen people in our tour, which was a nice size.

Viator representative was right there to greet us, which was perfect. We travelled in an air-conditioned bus to Crystal Caves, and our driver was excellent. He gave us a running commentary on everything we passed. The caves were a great experience and very interesting.
A pity we didn't have more time on the island. Half a day is not long enough.

It's about 1.5 hours each way from the Kings Wharf dock, for a tour that's over in less than 30 minutes. Fortunately, we had an excellent driver who made the rides entertaining and informative! The cave itself is worth seeing, but it only takes a few minutes, so adjust your expectations accordingly. This would be better suited for cruises docked at this end of the island, but in that case, make sure the cost is significantly less than the cost from Kings Wharf because most of that cost was for the drive.

This tour was much better than expected because of our driver and guide Samuel. He made the drive to the crystal caves a Bermuda adventure. Great sights and stories. The caves were beautiful but the drive was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. Superb trip, thank you Samuel.

Our guide Winston was awesome! The excursion shows you a lot of the Bermuda island and you learn about the intricacies of Bermuda being a British colony. The caves are amazing but a small portion of the tour. Perfect way to see Bermuda on your first day, then go back to other areas you might be interested in

If you haven't seen caves like this before (like my wife), you'll love it and think it's great. If you've seen caves like this before (like me), you'll be underwhelmed. The space for the caves really isn't all that big. When we walked to the end of the cave, I was like, "That's it?" So it really depends on your level of experience looking at caves like this.

Crystal caves were absolutely amazing. The narration given on the hour ride was very good. I wished the excursion included a stop at the aquarium which was right nearby since it was such a long ride. It would’ve nice to have had one more thing to do before heading back to the ship.

You must be able to walk up and down steep steps and ramps. Our tour guides were amazing, both with Titan Tours and at the cave. Highly recommend.

The itinerary gave a great overview of Bermuda. Crystal Caves were interesting and worthwhile, but taxing for seniors (I am 85) and people with walking or endurance issues. Driver/Guide Sam Watson was very knowledgable and entertaining. He made us want to come back to Bermuda for a more in-depth experience.

Our tour guide, Winston, was fantastic. He made the tour fun and provided so much information about the local area.
The drive was a bit longer than I thought (about 50 mins). It was a beautiful drive, so much to see.
When we got to the caves, we passed the line of people waiting to get tickets, used the restroom and had a short wait before entering the caves.
Caves were very cool and so beautiful! The stairs are doable for most people. We had 3 children (4,8,11) and all were able to do the steps. Just take your time and use the handrail.
We had time to look through the gift shop and get a snack before heading back. We stopped at a beach which was gorgeous! (Tip: bring sandals in your bag) The ride back was just as nice as the ride there.
We really enjoyed the tour and booking through Viator was a fraction of the cost and such a pleasant, easy experience!

This tour was perfect for our full day on the island! Finding Titan tours was super easy after getting off the boat, everyone was so friendly. Winston was the best tour guide; friendly, informative, funny. The beach we stopped at was beautiful and he was patient as we approached took tons of photos. The caves were such a cool experience and it was nice skipping the general line. I couldn’t recommend booking this tour enough if you are interested in seeing most of the island, the caves and having a fun day.

Drive from the cruise terminal was about an hour 20 minutes through a beautiful very scenic tour of Bermuda. To me, that drive to the caves was more informative and interesting then the cave itself. Upon arrival to the site we were given wrist bands, directed to restrooms and gift shop. Shortly there after we were escorted down the equivalent of 80 plus stairs into the cave. It's just a line from one end to the other end, listened to the tour guide give us historical information and back up 80 plus stairs. Beautiful nature but not anything I'd be interested doing again. Our bus driver Freeman was very knowledgeable, personable and pleasant. Great driver who spoke very clearly.
