This was a great trip! Such a nice cap to the day! The captain and his assistant were so knowledgeable.
Nice boat ride , interesting stories, lots of fish and coral, enjoyed the ship reck details and the free twizzle drink
This sunset cruise through the Bermuda Triangle was absolutely magical! Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable about Bermuda’s history, local shipwrecks, and marine life, while also being personable and genuinely funny. We watched a storm brewing in the distance as the sun set, then saw the stars appear while fish jumped all around the boat. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience—and one of the highlights of our trip!
It was an okay tour overall. The two guides who also operated the boat were funny and entertaining, and they shared some interesting history about Bermuda, including the Bermuda Triangle.
There wasn’t anything particularly exceptional about the tour, but the complimentary Rum Swizzle was a nice touch. We got to see one shipwreck, which was interesting, as well as some fish and coral through the glass-bottom boat.
Overall, it was an average experience if you are looking for something relaxed, but I wouldn’t say it was anything extraordinary.
The two guys were so knowledgeable and made the trip fun. We learned more then just the history of the Bermuda Triangle.
Amazing time! Even with some thunder and lightning, and a little rain - it was a wonderful experience and loads of fun. Highly recommend.
Awesome ride, funny tour guides Jesse and Captain Hook, gorgeous sunset. Would have preferred more shipwrecks though. The glass bottom viewing was pretty much only fish and corals.
It was a great boat ride, easy walk from our cruise ship. Lots of stories and great seeing the reef at night through the glass bottom.
You go very near the shore. The people are very nice but the excursion I hyped up more than what you get. Water was very murky so we saw only one species of fish, a little bit of coral and could not see the shipwreck at all. Too many people and had to Jean over people to even get a glimpse of the glass bottom. The weather was perfect. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you want to say you went 30’ inside the enormous Bermuda Triangle.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience on this tour. The young man who identified himself as the captain was rude and unprofessional.
At one point, he stated that he was going to make an announcement, and when a question was asked, his response and attitude were completely unnecessary. What bothered me most was when he made a comment saying that I “smelled.” Regardless of what he intended by the comment, I found it extremely disrespectful, embarrassing, and inappropriate—especially to say to a woman and a paying customer.
I spent my money to enjoy this tour and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Instead, that interaction completely changed the experience for me. After that comment, I was turned off by the entire trip and could no longer enjoy myself.
Customer service matters, and no paying guest should be made to feel disrespected or uncomfortable by someone representing the company. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable experience became a very disappointing one.
Awful. Sat in complete darkness on the way back, no explaintions. Captain and office people were very rude.
Beautiful night time excursion to the “bermuda triangle”. Absolutely beautiful sunset!! Guide was great, stories were fun. Rum swizzlers provided. Only one drawback and NOT the fault of tour company. Family with 2 children on trip, constant yelling. Parents did nothing to stop it, no inside voices. Guide handled it great, tried to talk over them. Great sense of humor
We booked the Bermuda Triangle Tour expecting to hear stories and history about… well… the Bermuda Triangle. 😂 Unfortunately, we learned basically nothing about the Bermuda Triangle!
We did see fish, learned quite a bit about coral, and the crew was nice, so the experience itself wasn’t bad. But it felt much more like a reef/marine-life tour than a tour about the spooky Bermuda Triangle.
If you’re interested in fish and coral, you’ll probably enjoy it. If you’re booking because you’re fascinated by the mystery and stories of the Bermuda Triangle, you may be disappointed.
Honestly, just adding 10–15 minutes of Bermuda Triangle history and stories would have made this experience SO much better and made the name of the tour actually fit the experience.
The captain and his associate were both informative and entertaining throughout the journey. We enjoyed seeing the sea life and shipwreck, followed by the brightly lit stars in the dark skies as we returned to Port. Lots of fun was had 😉☺️
Kat and Captain Hook were great! Learned a lot about the history of Bermuda and how things work today. Saw some very cool fish, coral, etc through the glass bottom boat. Would definitely recommend!
The sunset cruise was great and informative. I would recommend going at 7-7:15 pm so you don’t miss the sunset and the shipwreck might have been a little easier to see with some daylight although the crew did use the spotlights and narrate very well.
Great excursion. Far exceeded expectations! Captain and co-captain were knowledgeable and very entertaining.
Gabby was fun and knowledgeable! We actually went snorkeling with him and the crew in the afternoon and then did the night cruise. I would recommend the 8:00 trip so you can see the sunset and take in some of the other history. It was a great experience! Hi Gabby from your “little” friend.
Book it! Best overview of Bermuda, efficient, pleasant day! Tony was an outstanding knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend.
Captain Kirk and Jessie were absolutely fantastic. They kept us all engaged and really made it memorable!
Great tour with Captain Hook and Avery. They took great care of us and were very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend the tour with them.
This was very enjoyable! The guides were fun and knowledgeable. The group was smaller than their usual so we had our choice of seating and were comfortable. It was a beautiful ride and interesting to see the fish and wrench beneath the boat as well as spectacular sunset from the deck. Definitely recommend!
Forest and Danny were awesome tour guides. Very knowledgeable about the waters and underwater sea animals. Rum Swizzle was real good and the boat was great.
A fun way to spend the evening. Our guide was knowledgeable and it was a simple easy tour. Fish were neat to see at night
Unfortunately, it wasn't what I expected. Most of that was out of the captains' control. We happened to venture out on a very windy night in Bermuda. This affected the ability to see anything clearly on the glass bottom boat because of kicked up sand, but even more than that, it was a rocky and uncomfortable experience. Also - the thing I mostly went for, the very title of the excursion (Bermuda Triangle) was such a small fraction of the experience. This is 90% primarily a nighttime glass bottom boat excusion. As such, I think the title is misleading.
Very windy. Entertaining . A nice boat ride into the triangle at night. Crew was informative and professional
Great time! We got to see a gorgeous sunset and some pretty cool coral. Captain Hook and Avery are excellent!!!
Great group of your guides, professional and awesome to deal with would definitely do it again fun time
To be honest it wasn't worth the money compared to the Catamaran snorkeling adventure. There really wasn't much to see except the same fish. It also was a rainy and windy night. While viewing the bottom another boat was following us so close that all the passengers were very nervous, that we might crash. This went on for a good 15 minutes. To me the only good thing was the captain giving giving the island's history, which also was hard to understand from the sound system.
I don't remember but my wife said we were suppose to get a free rum swizzeler, that didn't happen
Fabulous experience. Captain and crew were friendly and informative. Beautiful sunset. Capt. John was great! FYI the glass bottom boat is real!
