My 80 year old mother loves a good tour everywhere she travels. And our tour with Juanita did not disappoint. It had been 40 years since my mom had been to Bermuda. A lot has changed since then and Juanita was able to answer all her questions. If you are short on time or new to the island, this is a great way to learn the history of Bermuda and get some great tips on where to eat and visit. It was also really hot that day, so an air conditioned bus allowed us to see a lot of the island while remaining safe and comfortable. Ask for Juanita! She narrates the stories of Bermuda with such energy and passion you will find yourself reciting what you’ve learned with total strangers during your stay. Thank you for a great day!
Tour operator sends out immediate communication and confirmed the tour start time via text message which was appreciated. While booking you are asked to provide "Name of Cruise Ship" or "Name of Hotel." Unfortunately, the people on the ship that arrived an hour behind ours did not state their ship so we had to wait on them before our tour could start which caused a 38 minute delay. I would suggest that the tour operator confirm cruise ships and hotel names prior to the day of the tour. "Look for one of our Reps. holding a VIATOR sign" needs to be updated because the sign did not have VIATOR on it. The first transport coordinator we asked about the tour was unaware of the tour or the tour operator. The second transport coordinator we asked happened to be the brother of our tour guide to which I was grateful. "Entrance fee for Gibb's Hill Lighthouse @ $2.50 per person" needs to be updated as this experience was at no cost. "Free WiFi (offered at certain times throughout the Tour) onboard the Coach" needs to be updated because WIFI was not available. It was not an issue for us, but travelers should be aware that the "picture stop" at the pink sand beach allows only for pictures taken while sitting on the tour bus. The tour guide Andre is a wealth of knowledge, and what he doesn't know he will find out for you. He is time-conscious and makes sure you get your full 5 hours' worth. We came prepared to be outside and walking around a bit, but there wasn't much walking at all and that was fine by us.

We sincerely apologize for the delay at the start of your tour. Unfortunately, when guests do not provide the name of their cruise ship or hotel when booking, it can make coordinating multiple parties more difficult, particularly when ships have different arrival times. Also tour descriptions will be reviewed and discrepancies addressed. Regarding the picture stop, our intention is always to allow guests an opportunity to step off the bus for photographs whenever time, traffic, parking, and conditions permit.
Most importantly, we are delighted that André made such a positive impression. He takes great pride in sharing Bermuda's history, culture, and beauty with our visitors and we will certainly pass along your kind words to him.

Andre was awesome! The tour was perfect for a first time visit despite a departure snafu that we felt could have easily been avoided. Highly recommend, especially vs ship excursion price.
Andre was a wonderful driver and tour guide. He meet up with us near the cruise ship's disembarkment entrance at King's Wharf and we started our journey. The tour was great to see the entire island and would have love to have longer time in Hamilton and St George. Overall, the tour was enjoyable for the family to learn about the island.

Your Island Tour was cancelled in plenty of time because you were the only passenger booked for that departure. We sent you three messages advising you of the cancellation; however, none of those messages were read. Regarding your refund, we, Bermuda Island Tours does not process payments or refunds. Your payment was made directly to Viator, and they are responsible for issuing your refund.
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend contacting Viator Customer Support directly.
Juanita very knowledgable and on top of everything , accommodating , on time and be sure that people don’t interrupt .

We had no idea how clean and beautiful Bermuda is!! It’s gorgeous! Our tour guide was great and the local people very friendly!
This was an absolutely fantastic experience and one of the highlights of my time in Bermuda. Andre was truly exceptional. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, a true historian of the island. He shared so much about Bermuda’s culture, history, politics, local customs, tourism, and even some insider gossip and hidden gems. It felt like getting a complete and authentic understanding of the island from a passionate local expert. I genuinely could not have asked for a better guide or a more enriching tour.
The group was small and intimate, with about 14 people on a comfortable bus. We made several scenic stops for photos, and Andre did a great job pacing the tour. It is important Bermuda’s roads are quite narrow and winding, just something to be aware of if you are prone to motion sensitivity.
One quick note for future travelers: the meeting location is right at the beginning of the cruise ship pier, not a half-mile walk all the way down at the end. I was not on a cruise ship and was staying locally on the island. I took the first ferry from Hamilton, which was a quick and easy 20-minute ride, and it worked perfectly with the tour timing.
Overall, I learned so much from this experience and felt like I left with a deep understanding of Bermuda. I would absolutely do this tour again and plan to book with Andre the next time I visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comprehensive and memorable island tour!

Today my grandmother and I had Juanita as our guide. She was absolutely amazing. It was my first time in Bermuda and I now feel like I know the whole island! She was very good with answering questions. She also made the experience fun. We took the 5 hour wraparound Bermuda Island tour. Our tour guide Juanita was the best. Very infomative. She provided lots of knowledge. We travel a lot, great tips on where to eat etc. We can’t think of a better experience elsewhere.
Very well organized and executed tour. We were met at the pier the tour left on time. Guide Andre was fantastic. Courteous well imformed and genuinely made an effort to do a good job. Well done Andre. For those going on a cruise this tour is a lot more value for your money than what you get with Celebrity

Andre was our tour guide/bus driver for the day and he was the perfect ambassador for Bermuda! We had a fun filled day that really gave us great new knowledge about an island we had visited before. He drove to many beautiful vistas…what a gorgeous place. His knowledge of the history, geography, economy of Bermuda was matched only in the pride he showed in it.
We had some time in Hamilton and St. George and Andre set us up for accompishing a lot in that time. We enjoyed lunch on our own, a traditional Wahoo fish sandwich washed down with a rum swizzle while we watched huge parrot fish swim around the deck of our restaurant.
If you only have a day in Bermuda this is a great way to spend it. Like us, you will likely want to go back for longer! We were on a cruise ship and we left promptly and we were back in time easily for our all aboard time. Andre was a great driver and managed our time perfectly.

André was our tour guide and driver. He was a wonderful presenter, in 5 hours never stopping his mine of information and some of his funnies. The 12-seater van was modern and very clean, its only fault being that the seat backs were so wide and high that you could not see over them or round them. It’s was an extremely good tour of a most wonderful island.

The driver/guide was great - he was so knowledgeable. But our day was ruined by the uncomfortable van. Had there been just 12 in the group we could have had comfortable seats, but there were 16 of us. That meant we had to sit over the rear wheels and there was absolutely no space for our feet. We were getting cramp pains and there were few opportunities to stretch our legs during the first half of the tour. On top of that, the van windows rattled so much it was difficult to hear the guide.
I hate to write a negative review, but the transportation ruined our day. We did the same tour several years ago and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to do it again. But it was a big disappointment.

All of our vehicles are licensed and approved to accommodate 20 or more passengers. The bus used for your tour was a 20 passenger bus and we always encourage guests to spread out where possible. All of your comments will help us make the necessary improvements for a better and more enjoyable experience.

Fantastic tour on my first visit to Bermuda. Andre picked us up on time at the port as we exited our Sky Princess ship. Small group tour. We completely circled the island as he gave a wonderful overview and a great amount of history. We made several stops for shopping as well and saw some of the most beautiful beaches.

This tour covers the whole island of Bermuda. Andre was very knowledgeable and shared a great deal of information about the island and it's history. My only suggestion would be to shorten the two longer stops to allow for pictures along the way.
